"Hmm?"
Leon, who had just stepped out of the unfinished entertainment facility in the darkness, raised his eyes as if sensing something, before he even had a chance to leave.
"What is it?"
Yukino Yukinoshita, who was rushing to catch up behind him with her school bag, immediately asked, puzzled, when she saw Leon stop.
"It's nothing," Leon said, staring in one direction, then gave a slight smile as if spotting a prey. "Just some eyesores coming over."
Eyesores?
Yukino Yukinoshita was full of confusion, but before she could ask for clarification, several figures darted over from the direction Leon was looking at with extreme speed.
They were clearly not ordinary people, as ordinary people didn't possess such speed, nor could they approach silently like ghosts, stepping along the tops of walls and streetlights as if walking on air.
"That is..."
Yukino Yukinoshita's expression changed as she clearly saw the full appearance of the approaching figures.
After becoming a Devil, Yukino Yukinoshita naturally gained the ability to see in the dark, so even though they were still some distance away, she clearly saw the identities of the visitors.
