Old Mrs. Sterling was sitting with another elderly lady with kind eyes and a gentle face.
They were seated on the third floor, overlooking most of the first and second floors of this place.
Old Mrs. Sterling took a sip of tea and chuckled lightly, "Yes, indeed, this troublemaker! After all these years, he's finally done something that satisfies this old lady!"
