Caleb Sterling hid the desire in his eyes.
Sierra Summers naturally didn't see it.
Even if she did see it, she wouldn't be afraid; she'd probably find it thrilling.
The two of them chatted a bit more about those families, and Sierra Summers yawned—she was really tired today.
But she was willing.
Seeing the tears at the corners of her eyes and her weary look, Caleb regretted asking her to stay with him.
He immediately changed his mind, "Cecilia, I'll take you back."
Sierra Summers shook her head, "No need, I'll go back myself, it's close by. Why are you looking at me like that? Are you mad? I'm fine, I just yawned..."
It's not like I coughed up blood.
Under Caleb's serious gaze, Sierra Summers sullenly closed her mouth.
Without any room for discussion, Caleb insisted on taking Sierra Summers back and took back his words asking her to stay with him tonight.
The first part was fine, but Sierra Summers wasn't happy about the second part.
"I can't come even if I want to?"
