Ellie Miller returned to the Emerald Fortress.
"Alright, let's wait and see what Albert does next." she said.
Artor stopped Conrad from approaching and took Ellie Miller's shawl.
"Looking at the time, I should go notify the kitchen to prepare dinner." Conrad said.
The Duke and Duchess didn't stay to dine with Clark.
There were only a handful of living creatures in Clark, and having a table full of The Undead accompany them for a meal seemed rather awkward.
"Today, I really want to eat a strawberry cake, please, Conrad."
Conrad smiled slightly, "The berries sent from the plantation this morning are very nice. I'll instruct the cook to bake you a sweet strawberry cake."
"Before your strawberry cake is ready, perhaps you should meet with Lady Joanna. It seems there's a very tricky issue on her end."
Hence, Ellie Miller, who was about to go upstairs to change clothes, had to first head to the study to meet Joanne.
