The tavern owner simply walked calmly to the bar.

Then, the owner took out 14 wine glasses from behind the bar.
He filled each glass with the rare liquor, his eyes red-rimmed as he said, "Cato, this is the last day The Ashen Tavern is open."
The Lizardfolk, Cato, was at a loss and said, "Old Ray, I know the final resistance against the Harpy forces was defeated, everyone's feeling pretty bad… but…"
Old Ray waved his hand, interrupting Cato the Lizardfolk's persuasion.
One-Eye Old Ray lowered his head, distributing the filled glasses to the guests present, even though these uninvited guests had just wiped out his honest customers recently.
But One-Eye Old Ray still hoped his last day of business would have a bit more ceremony.
After distributing the liquor, Old Ray picked up the glass in front of him and downed the exquisite drink in one go.
