A faint smile appeared on Ruan Mei's face.

"I have some research here regarding the blessings of Abundance. I'll send it over to you."

"That would be much appreciated!"

'Jingliu' looked at Ruan Mei with pleasant surprise. After all, Ruan Mei was also someone who had emerged from a world touched by the blessings of Abundance. Even if she didn't hail from the Xianzhou specifically, there would bound to be some underlying similarities.

"A fair exchange. After all, I am quite interested in Doctor Primitive's research records as well."

For a moment, the chat room fell silent. The research data of a Genius—even if only a portion—was staggering in volume. Of course, with the exception of 'Jingliu,' who was only a "half-baked" genius, the other three scanned through the information at a lightning pace.

They soon discovered that, aside from his obsession with atavism, Doctor Primitive actually had many fascinating research findings. It was simply that the man was so fixated on forcing the civilizations of the entire universe to "restart" that the public's impression of him was basically reduced to the single keyword: "monkey."

As for 'Jingliu'... she actually discovered a few surprises.

While researching his atavism experiments, Doctor Primitive had studied the genes of almost every major species in the universe. This included the genes of the Xianzhou people and a vast array of typical Abominations of Abundance. Clearly, this was exactly the data 'Jingliu' needed.

Furthermore, because Doctor Primitive's experiments also targeted the consciousness, he had conducted separate, specialized research on the Mara-struck condition of the Xianzhou people. Combined with the data Ruan Mei had just sent, 'Jingliu' now felt confident in solving Jingliu's Mara-struck problem.

In fact... it seemed entirely possible to resolve the underlying threat of the Mara-struck condition for the Xianzhou people as a whole.

However, the moment 'Jingliu' entertained that thought, the chessboard sitting beside her suddenly jolted twice. 'Jingliu' turned to look at it and couldn't help but click her tongue.

"...Ugh, why so stingy?"

"Stingy about what?" Herta looked up at 'Jingliu.'

"I was just thinking that I might be able to solve the Mara-struck condition for the Xianzhou people once and for all, and I immediately got a warning from Equilibrium."

"Oh~ so that chessboard is specifically there to keep an eye on you." Herta burst into an unreserved laugh.

Before the video conference ended, 'Jingliu' had the audacity to ask Ruan Mei for guidance on a treatment plan for the Mara-struck. Meanwhile, Screwllum and Herta were discussing other matters, vaguely mentioning technologies related to a "Simulated Universe."

It felt like the Simulated Universe project was going to be unveiled decades—if not a century—ahead of schedule...

Ruan Mei was listening to both sides. Herta had already extended an invitation to her: to research the Aeons.

Although they currently had Noah, a very generous Aeon who let them study him as they pleased, the crystal barrier created by the Amber Lord was simply too sturdy, making research inconvenient at times. Therefore, using a Simulated Universe to deduce a future where the gods had fallen and Noah was born would certainly be very interesting.

After hearing 'Jingliu's' proposed plan, Ruan Mei looked directly at her with deep, meaningful eyes.

It wasn't for any other reason than the fact that 'Jingliu's' plan was simply too much in her own style. Clearly, Doctor Primitive's data contained more thorough research on the blessings of Abundance, while Ruan Mei's own data was relatively thin by comparison. Yet, 'Jingliu's' final plan leaned heavily toward Ruan Mei's personal methodology.

This was very intriguing. Was it intentional? It didn't seem so. Was it unintentional? Regardless, 'Jingliu' seemed to have a better relationship with Herta, so why did she possess so much of Ruan Mei's personal flair?

"What's wrong? Why are you staring at me like that?"

"It's nothing. I was just thinking that there's still room for improvement in your plan. For example, here..."

'Jingliu' had to count her lucky stars that she hadn't slacked off for a single second during those thirty days she spent roleplaying as Ruan Mei. Otherwise, she probably wouldn't even understand what Ruan Mei was talking about right now.

In short, with the help of Ruan Mei and Doctor Primitive's data, 'Jingliu' finally finalized the plan to cure Jingliu's Mara-struck condition.

Herta and Screwllum had also hammered out a preliminary plan, intending to find some free time to push this new project forward.

"So, Baiming, when can you roleplay as a genius again?"

"For what?"

"What do you mean 'for what'? You're not going to participate in this universe-simulation project you mentioned?" Herta's tone was so matter-of-fact that 'Jingliu' was momentarily speechless.

"You know my roleplay as a genius has a time limit. It's not much use for me to join this project."

"Don't give me that. If you dare say a single word about not joining, you'd better watch out!"

"..."

You're just straight-up threatening me now, aren't you? 'Jingliu' twitched her lips, feeling quite speechless.

"We'll talk about it later. I have some other things to do first."

"You'd better actually appear before me 'later'!"

The meeting of Geniuses concluded. Once her attention returned to reality, 'Jingliu' began preparing for Jingliu's treatment. Once she cured her, she could use the remaining time to rest while preparing for her roleplay as Sparkle.

[Anonymous: Elio?]

[Elio: You want materials, right? Send me the list.]

[Elio: I'll bring them tomorrow.]

Looking at this minimalist exchange, 'Jingliu' was practically at a loss for words. Is this what a player who can foresee the future is like? This dialogue is way too concise.

While Elio went to gather the materials, 'Jingliu' researched how to realize the PV she wanted to make. She hadn't looked into it much before, but a quick search revealed that in this era of technological convenience, creating one's own work was actually very simple. Of course, the competition was also exceptionally fierce.

The various paid or open-source engines were more than enough for 'Jingliu' to perfectly recreate the images in her mind. The only trouble was the voice acting, but she could just do that herself. With Sparkle's acting skills, voice acting would be a walk in the park.

She spent the night familiarizing herself with the free software, which was easy to pick up. Once Jingliu was cured, she'd have plenty of time to make a few videos and wait for release.

The next day, Elio returned with the materials. 'Jingliu' put down her work and entered Jingliu's room.

Jingliu, clutching the Evoltruster, showed a hint of struggle in her eyes when she saw her walk in. It was a predictable reaction.

Opening the case containing the materials, 'Jingliu' put on her lab coat and smiled gently at her.

"Don't worry, Jingliu. I'll have you cured very soon. When that time comes, I'll listen to everything you have to say."

"..."

There was no response, but 'Jingliu' walked over and began the treatment.
