Waking up the next day , jogging the outskirts of Konoha along with morning breeze , getting back home and Naruto gets ready To head out To Ichiraku.
Naruto tries to train his Dynamic vision with every chance he gets and also tries to include Taijutsu in his day to day movements . Reaching Ichiraku and getting into the job , he again tries diifrent ways to see how he can gain more exp. while cleaning or cooking .
After finishing the job and bidding farewell to Uncle Teuchi he heads back to his house and meets up with Third Hokage .

They both Head to Konoha Hospital . Heading towards the konoha hospital Naruto remembers the monthly check-ups that he has been going for as long as he remember .
As the most valuable asset of whole Vilaage , second only to Hokage and Daimyo , not only his security but his health is also pretty important.
Looking at it from a diffrent perspective if we take out the lifestyle , most of everything is living like prince
No matter what grades , he will pass , Never to be hungry ( without his own stupidity ) , doing whatever mischief or prank across the whole village , in a different way he is also blessed .
Walking together on the streets of the village , they both attracts attention , It's hardly everyday you see Hokage-sama personally roaming streets , especially with a cute kid following him around.
Looking at villagers confused expressions about himself , not remembering The Demon-fox's face .
Naruto distracts himself and walks half a beat behind hokage without any bother because he has already stopped caring their stares.
with this hustle-bustle they soon arrive at Konoha hospital , where Hokage leads him towards familiar path towards the Higher floor , Going near examination rooms , it seems like the doctor and nurses are already notified just as usual , The old Naruto overlooked these small details but not the current one.
( They are all ready to go , like waiting for some King and prince but even though Grandpa says its usual routine checkup , in my eyes it's nothing less than Full-body Check-up not just for health but also for The Seal )
Doing the usual it starts with physical examination like listen to the heart and lungs , check your eyes, ears, nose, and throat, and examining his skin.
Blood tests , Urine test even some x-ray and other medical shinobi coming over for other diagnosis and using their Medical Ninjutsu .
After going through all of this , more than 1 hour passed and everythings blurs , and everybody seems ready for their turn in between and of course the last belly exam was most suspicious.
When they have him takeout his upper clothes and and then The two old-farts who don't look anything like doctor examined his belly while The Hokage distracts him while talking everyday things.
finally getting everything done they met up with an elderly Doctor who addresses Hokage
" He is growing well as for mild training issuses , I wil recommend some training tape and bandages with Ointment "
saying up to here Doctor's eye shift to the blonde
" Apply this ointment before going to bed and after you are done with training and use tape or bandages during training instead of going barehanded , most bruising and swelling is because of that and also get 1 day a week proper rest "
after that The Doctor shifts his attention back to Hokage
" That is all , for others it may have some problems but with his vitality it's just minor things , I have prepared 15 days worth ointment and some other things , including instructions "
saying up to here the doc put a wooden box on the table to which Hokage replies
" Thank you for your trouble "
Naruto also speaks up
" Thank you "
At which both Doctor and Hokage got surprised because before every other time when Naruto comes to checkup , the blonde is always impatient and bragging about himself being ok and hurrying to eat ramen or something instead of all this.
The Hokage smiles at this change in relief and addresses the doctor again
" Then we will be going "
Walking out of Konoha Hospital Hokage asks naruto
" do you wanna go eat ramen "
to which naruto replis
" not ramen today , something else like anything "
hearing this Hokage gets surprised again then decided their new destination
" then let's eat barbecue today "
" hmmm yess BBQ"
In this way after eating they both walked on streets , when Naruto's eyes attracted by a little pendent stall looking at all types of pendents , rings and other trinkets naruto's eyes glued to a pendent with black round stone & a Uzumaki swirl with golden lines on it , hung on silver chain.
Seeing Naruto distracted Third Hokage also looks over and pinpoints naruto's gaze , The shopkeeper flattered by Hokage's presence addresses him respectfully
" Hokage-sama , Welcome welcome "
at this point Naruto speaks up
" how much is this Uncle "
" Ohhh very good choice lad , it's only 50 ryo but for you it's free "
at this point Hokage interrupts
" Haha even though i am thankful but still take this and don't make me ashamed at old age "
saying upto here Hokage passes the bill back to him and thinks himself.
( he is finally behaving like normal kids , getting curious and having hobbies and toys )
" Do you like it " asks Grandpa

getting the pendent packed in small wooden case , Naruto puts it inside the wooden box he is carrying and thanks Hokage
" Thank you Grandpa "
" Hoho it's ok let's head back , I still have lots of paperwork to do "
coming near a fork on road , before parting Naruto addresses the Hokage
" You take care yourself too Grandpa , you are already getting old "
Saying up to here Naruto heads towards his home instead of training ground as a rest day , leaving Old and aged Hokage stunned in his own thoughts
( when was the last time someone cared for me , i think after My wife Biwako , there were none , they only notice me getting older but nothing more )
looking at small silhouette at the end of road , Oldman sighs in guilt
( when can I retire )
Shifting his Hokage hat down , Hokage stays a liitle till he see him disappear and heads back To the Hokage office.

getting back , Naruto's thoughts were

it was not really acting though after all as the only person in his life The Hokage was really someone he cares for , even now he reminds him of his aged Grandpa from earth who passed away in his Highschool .
He puts the box on the table and starts taking things out one by one
first read the 2 page note in it , including instrutions how to use bandage around leg and arm , how to apply and when including do's and don'ts , sitting down and finishing reading with his Reading Skill and Dynamic Vision .
" then every 7th day will be rest day and house-chores day "
he was always squeezing time for theses things , here and there everyday for cleaning and laundry now it can be dumped later .
