Eternal Ascendancy Headquarters – Main Building
In the room where Sphera's main monitor was kept, CEO Li stood with a few of his trusted subordinates, facing the glowing interface.
He asked with a wry smile, "Sphera, are there any more secrets you want to tell us?"
Behind him, his team wore the same tired, half-amused expression.
They felt quite sad.
They had thought they knew the game inside out.
But now they realized—they had only scratched the surface.
They weren't like a real developers at all.
The reason for their sadness was simple: they had just learned from the flood of posts on the E.A. Network that game characters could become stronger through training, just like real humans.
And they hadn't even known about the Concord function until Sphera had already finished setting everything up.
As game developers, they should have known these things.
But they didn't.
CEO Li was especially disappointed.
Sphera hadn't mentioned any of it.
She had just done the work herself—without even asking for his permission.
Now they had come together to ask her directly and finally understand the game they were supposed to be running.
Sphera's calm voice answered.
"Sir, if you want to hear about the remaining functions, I can tell you.
As for the Concord function, it was activated by the owner, so I wasn't able to ask you.
As for the game character working like a real human, that has been true from the very first day.
I didn't mention it because I was planning to explain everything in the meeting we had previously agreed on—the one ten days later.
And the owner had already spoken directly with the India Prime Minister. They contacted me through him. So I wasn't able to inform you earlier."
Hearing Sphera's words, CEO Li and the others nodded slowly.
They thought in their minds:
So the owner did it…
CEO Li finally understood why Sphera hadn't told him.
It wasn't her fault.
He sighed and said,
"Okay. Now tell us about the game functions completely—in full detail."
Sphera's interface glowed softly.
She began recounting everything.

Eternal Ascendancy – Sanya's Player Lobby
Sanya, Ruyi, Jina, Galaxy, and Rudra were all there.
The Unremarkable Gravel wasn't present—he was still playing a match. Ruyi and the other two were very surprised. They had never seen Sanya's brother rest even once. He played non-stop.
No one had ever seen him offline.
They had asked Rudra and Sanya about it, but both just said the same thing:
"Well… don't ask us. Ask him."
But they didn't dare ask him directly.
What would they even say?
"It's not good for your health to play so much"?
Of course not. Why would they?
Before, they might have said it.
But now they didn't dare.
They had seen the guesses flooding the internet:
"Is Roxa a cultivator or a hacker?"
Most people now believed she was a cultivator.
The game company had already said she wasn't a hacker.
And no one dared question the company anymore—not after all the new things they had revealed.
The company had banned several people who kept doubting.
Those people could never play again.
They couldn't join any Concord.
They couldn't access anything.
So now, people preferred to believe Roxa was a cultivator rather than argue she was a hacker.
The game had also proven itself too advanced to be hacked.
No one could break it.
So the chance that Roxa was a cultivator felt much higher than the chance she was hacking.
Ruyi, Jina, and Galaxy now believed it too.
They also guessed that both of Roxa's brothers were likely cultivators.
So if they told a cultivator, "Your health will suffer if you play too much"… they would just look foolish.
They didn't ask him why he played so much.
Sanya's voice suddenly pulled them out of their thoughts.
"…so tell me, do you agree to join?"
Jina looked awkward.
"Roxa… can you repeat that? I didn't hear it quite well."
Galaxy and Ruyi gave awkward smiles too.
They hadn't been listening either.
Sanya sighed softly and repeated,
"I was saying that I'm going to create a sect. Will you join me?
But you will not join any Concord.
So tell me—will you join?"
Ruyi, Jina, and Galaxy looked at each other.
They didn't know what to say.
On one hand, they didn't want to hurt Roxa's feelings.
She had been kind to them—gifted them outfits, helped them, treated them like real friends.
On the other hand… they didn't want to miss the chance to join a Concord.
Stable income.
Real breathing techniques.
Protection.
A future.
They were stuck.
Should they join Roxa and give up the Concord opportunity?
Or should they politely refuse so they could join a nation's Concord later?
The lobby felt quiet for the first time.
Butterflies drifted slowly overhead.
