Chapter 191- Portgas D. Ann
I didn't really want to get too close at first and just stared at the girl lying unconscious in the sand.
She had a muscular yet lean build, short black hair, freckles scattered across her white cheeks, and a signature "ASCE" tattoo on her left arm with the "S" crossed out.
She was wearing black shorts that hugged her toned thighs, a red-beaded necklace around her neck, and an orange hat tilted on her head. Her clothes were short and sexy, revealing plenty of smooth, sun-kissed skin.
There was a faint flicker of flames dancing across her body, clearly telling me she had eaten the Flame-Flame Devil Fruit.
'She really looks like the female version of Ace.'
I moved closer to help her. She seemed badly injured from some sort of fight. After all, she was an injured woman lying alone in the middle of the desert, and I thought it would be good to help any woman in need.
And if she really was Ace, then she was like Lily's older sister. I couldn't just leave her lying there in the middle of nowhere.
But as I reached down to help her up, she suddenly opened her eyes and was ready to attack. Flames flickered dangerously on her hand, as if she were about to use her Devil Fruit power.
I quickly took a step backward, just in case.
"Oh… Oh… Calm down. I am not an enemy. I am just trying to help you."
She looked at me, then scanned the surroundings. She saw the carriage and the three women — two maids and one who clearly looked like a noble lady. Then she stared straight into my eyes. After confirming that I had no malicious intent, she finally lowered her guard.
Seeing her somewhat relaxed, I spoke gently. "You are injured and severely dehydrated. How about you come to the carriage for medical treatment and have some food and water?"
She looked at me for a moment, then nodded. "Thank you."
I extended my hand. She took it and stood up slowly. I put one arm around her waist and the other on her arm to support her properly so she could walk.
'Definitely more busty than Lily, but not quite in the milf category. She's in the range of an older sister type like Robin.'

Mia went to the front of the carriage to fetch the first aid kit. Meanwhile, Mikita went to the back, lit a small fire, and began heating some water.
Mia quickly returned from the side. She helped the injured girl lie down in a comfortable position and began treating her wounds — first cleaning them with alcohol, then applying medicine, and finally wrapping them with bandages.
The girl's injuries were now properly covered and medicated. Her condition seemed somewhat stable.
The girl wasn't talking much. Although she appeared carefree on the surface, I could tell from her small movements that she was still cautious around us. It may be because she was quite weak now.
"By the way, I don't know your name."
She looked at me and gave a small smile. "My name is Portgas D. Ann. And I'm the 2nd Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates."
She seemed to be watching my reaction carefully when she revealed she was a pirate — and a big one at that.
When I finally heard her full name — Portgas D. Ann — I confirmed that she was indeed related to Lily. After all, Ace mother's name was Portgas D. Rouge.
There was also that backstory from Roger: if it was a boy, he would name him Portgas D. Ace, and if it was a girl, Portgas D. Ann.
In this world, it seemed Ace had been born female, just like Luffy. I wasn't surprised at all. After all, this was the lewd world of One Piece. The more the women the more the chance to fuck.
I then looked at her and asked, "Miss Ann, by the way, do you know someone named Monkey D. Lily?"
When she heard the name Monkey D. Lily, she became alert again. She looked at me with suspicious eyes and a cautious expression that said if she didn't receive a clear answer, she would not hesitate to attack.
"How do you know my little sister's name?"
"Calm down. My name is Alex Brown. I am the co-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates crew. Lily and I are in the same crew. Moreover, she is my fiancée. As for how I know about you? Lily used to tell us about her childhood stories."
Obviously, I lied to Ann about how Lily had told me about her childhood. In reality, Lily mostly talked about meat and pirate adventures. She had never once mentioned Ann or Sabo (if he is also male).

The maids had also prepared some light refreshments for us.
Ann was looking at the food with drool almost dripping from her mouth. She looked extremely hungry, as if she could not wait to devour everything.
I also looked at her and said, "How about you have a meal first and then we can talk about other matters later?"
"Hehe… fine by me."
Ann then went to the table and began to devour the food. It was as if she were a hungry ghost who had not eaten for years.
I didn't look at the queen, but she had heard our entire conversation. She also seemed to note that Ann was Lily's sister, so she had already let her guard down and considered her one of my harem members.
The maids were serving the food to Ann.
Queen Titi and I also went to the table and sat on the chairs across from her. Although we didn't have any food, we took juice in our hands and began to sip it slowly.
We then quietly watched Ann devour the food.
