Hearing Rowan's questioning tone, Owen hated those clansmen who didn't know how to hide, daring to blatantly rob people right in front of Rowan.

For a moment, Rowan felt his attitude was a bit odd.
He took a few deep breaths, telling himself this was not the Empire, and there was no longer an Insect Tribe treating Omegas brutally. Here, the care given to Omeginas was no less than that for Alphas.
