They arrived as dawn broke, walking out of the forest with terrible grace. Seven figures, each radiating power that made Vex seem almost mundane by comparison. They looked almost normal, different ages, different appearances, but the aura around them was overwhelming.
The lead Primordial, a woman with silver hair and golden eyes, stepped forward. "I am Lyra, First of the Seven. Behind me stand my siblings: Kade, Theron, Asha, Damian, Selene, and Rook. We are the Primordial Alphas, and we have come to restore order."
Her voice carried across the assembled wolves, and I felt hundreds of them struggle not to kneel. The dominance aura from seven Primordials was crushing, almost unbearable. Only the Alphas and a few exceptionally strong wolves managed to remain standing, and even they were clearly suffering.
