I was enjoying every beat of music being played in my earphones, making myself dance elegantly while walking. Now I have been completely lost in the music. They are ARCTIC MONKEYS! WHO WOULDN'T BE LOST IN THEIR MUSIC!
•AUTHOR'S POV•
Unblemished Sophia was musically walking on the footpath. Unexpectedly, she turned towards the front unintentionally. There's a crosspath ahead. The traffic lights had been green before but just at the speed of light it changed to red. She was going to step out unnoticed by the fact that there was a swift car heading towards her direction.
Out of the blue, A boy holds her elbow tightly making her stumble and fall facing backwards towards him. He immediately grabbed her waist which was perfectly fitting in his hands.
Sophia and Ethan made their naive yet deep eye contact for the first time.
Sophia was mesmerized by the tall-built physic of the boy holding her.
•ETHAN'S POV•
I was walking to my coaching. However, my eyes suddenly fell on to the girl who was making the perfect use of her hips and hands while walking. I noticed that she was listening to music. Out of nowhere she suddenly turned towards the crosspath and there was a swift car heading towards her. With no time being wasted I took massive steps to save her. I pulled her elbow which resulted in the falling of her body on my chest while my hands were resting on her waist. It looked like a dramatic movie scene. Her face was completely magical. Her beauty? Captivating. She had a little amount of makeup on which made her even look more ethereal.
•NEXT DAY•
It was the beginning of Ethan's new session of his college year. Everything was perfect. He had a strong bond with his friends, many girls were head over heels for him not neglecting the fact that he was a champion in playing basketball and professional like in making portraits, academically strong, basically just a whole family pack of being an outstanding student.
The teacher arrived in the class while all the students stood up and greeted her. The teacher welcomed all the students with a warm smile saying with a welcoming smile "A very nice morning to all my Champs! I anticipate that you must have enjoyed your break after your long tiring exams. Before anything else, I would announce there's a new student in our class! Students clap for her!"
And then a girl walking into the class by taking insignificant steps stood beside the teacher and gave a teeth smile making her eyes disappear and dimples appear. She says, "Hello guys, I am Sophia, Sophia Brown. Nice to meet you all. Please treat me nicely. I shifted here in new york because my father's job was transported. Thank you." The teacher pointed to the empty bench in the class. Sophia walked towards the bench and she was shocked to see the boy who saved her yesterday is now her partner saying, "Oh! Aren't you the one from the crosspath?"
•ETHAN'S POV•
I was speechless. The way she pointed out to me, everybody else faced towards us. Even the teacher asked, "Sophia do you know him?"
•AUTHOR'S POV•
Ethan's cheeks were fast enough to turn reddish pink in colour. His mouth was left a little opened and making a stronge eye contact with Sophia. Sophia then took her seat beside Ethan who was still speechless and trying to process the situation. Adrian, his best companion, sitting behind him was chuckling after knowing that Ethan is sitting right beside his crush. Yes, Ethan did informed every detailed thing of what happened at the crosspath yesterday to Adrian.
•ADRIAN'S POV•
While the teacher was teaching, I could see Ethan stealing short stares to Sophia. And I thought of doing some mischievous thing.
"Ha! I know what to do!" I took my water bottle pretending to sip from it. While making fake gulping sounds I intentionally dropped some of the water beside Ethan whose leftover side of the bench got soaked by the water I poured. Ethan angrily shoting his pupils towards me looked saying nothing yet everything. Sophia witnessed that I dropped some water mistakenly towards Ethan's side. Anndd yess! My plan worked!
•SOPHIA'S POV•
I saw that the boy sitting behind Ethan mistakenly dropped some water to the side of Ethan's bench. I, without wasting any time said, "You can move yourself towards my side, it's dry." With that I continued listening to the lecture teacher was teaching.
•AUTHOR'S POV•
Now Sophia and Ethan were so close sitting beside each other leaving just a tiny gap to breathe. Their elbows each time made contact with each other every time they did some movements.
Ethan was again lost into the beauty of the girl sitting beside him. He shaked his head and screamed internally.
And Sophia? Her heart beating rapidly because the breathings of Ethan were right falling onto her left cheek.
