Suddenly, everyone outside the house froze.
The creaking sound was clearly someone coming downstairs, but… there was nobody in the house! There was only Old Master Rodriguez lying upstairs.
And the old master was already in critical condition, about to pass away. How could he possibly come downstairs?
"Who just went in there?" Megan Roberts wondered aloud.
In her mind, someone must have gone inside, otherwise, they had seen a ghost!
"There was no one!" Everyone responded blankly.
Megan Roberts scoffed, "Could it really be the old undead man rising from the dead? Someone must've gone inside..."
Saying that, she was about to head inside.
But just at that moment, from inside came an old, angry voice.
"Oh, now you dare to call me undead behind my back. Do you really wish I'd die? And you want to chase my daughter out of Edwards Village? You bunch of bastards, how dare you!"
As that voice rang out, everyone froze.
