In the police station, he'd already be considered a big shot. What was someone like him doing here?
"Cap... Captain Moore..." The policeman holding the handcuffs called out blankly, "What brings you here?"
Captain Moore strode over, face filled with anger, and jabbed a finger at the two policemen, cursing furiously, "You two idiots, getting bold, aren't you? Who told you to act recklessly?"
"Let me ask you, have you got all the facts straight, huh? No? And you're arresting people already? You, yes, I'm talking to you, what are you doing with those handcuffs? Scaring people! Put them down, now!"
Captain Moore pointed at the policeman holding the handcuffs and scolded harshly.
The two policemen were completely dumbfounded, frozen in place.
Not just them, everyone in the room was equally stunned.
