The class reunion brought back my memories of my middle school days.
Actually, thinking about it carefully now, there's nothing really worth reminiscing about. Everything was routine; it was all about studying, nothing special at all.
At that time, aside from having slightly better grades and being in the middle-upper range of the class, I had no highlights. Being a poor kid from a mountain village, quite a few classmates looked down on me.
Some even mocked me because of my clothes.
As for the girls, they wouldn't pay me any attention at all.
Because of this, I really disliked these class reunions; if it weren't for wanting to see a few good friends, I wouldn't have agreed to come.
The next evening, I arrived at the Granite Grand Hotel in the city center.
This Sunstone Hotel was far less classy than the Celestial Tower, but it was suitable for the average person's budget. For a class reunion, two hundred a head wasn't too expensive.
