Yulia suddenly began coughing violently, the bowl of meat broth in her hands shaking intensely, nearly spilling its contents. She hunched over, her face flushed crimson, clearly choking severely.
"Mother!" Doflamingo immediately set down his utensils and rushed to Yulia's side in three quick strides. He anxiously patted her back, his voice filled with urgency: "Are you alright? Do you need some water?"
Rosinante and Homing also immediately put down their bowls and chopsticks, gathering around. "Mother, are you okay?" "Yulia, how are you feeling?" they asked in unison.
Just as Yulia was about to respond, another fit of violent coughing wracked her body. "Cough... cough..." Her coughing grew increasingly rapid, until suddenly, with a "gwah" sound, a mouthful of fresh blood sprayed from her lips.
The bright red blood splattered on the floor, a shocking sight. "I... I..." Yulia tried to speak, but could only produce faint, breathy sounds before collapsing into unconsciousness.
"Yulia!" "Mother!" Homing and the two children cried out simultaneously, their faces etched with terror.
Enel stood to the side, murmuring to himself: "Is this... the oil exhausted and the lamp extinguished?"
"I'm afraid so." Inuarashi and Nekomamushi exchanged a heavy glance, nodding silently. Yulia's body trembled violently, blood continuously seeping from the corner of her mouth. Her eyes gradually grew unfocused, yet she still struggled to reach for her family's hands.
Doflamingo knelt on the ground, his voice choked with sobs: "Mother... please don't leave us..."
Suddenly seeming to remember something, Doflamingo ran to Kaidou and bowed deeply before him, then said: "Please, go to the city and find a doctor to save my mother, I beg you."
"Please save my mother." Rosinante directly ran to Kaidou and knelt before him as he spoke.
"Urorororo, I could save her, but why should I save anyone?" Kaidou looked at the two before him and said.
"I see you're recruiting subordinates. If you can save my mother, I'll be your subordinate from now on." Doflamingo said, kneeling before Kaidou and pressing his head to the floor.
"As long as you can save my mother, I'll do whatever you want me to do?" Rosinante also said to Kaidou.
"Please, save Yulia, even if you want my life in return." Homing also pleaded with Kaidou.
"Urorororo, this is your own voluntary choice. If you dare betray me, I'll personally send your entire family to the afterlife." Kaidou said to the Donquixote family, then turned to Enel and said: "Enel, bring that thing."
"That... aren't you going to find a doctor?" Homing asked Kaidou.
"In her condition, unless we get the world's best doctor, there's no hope. Otherwise, we can only rely on the power of a Devil Fruit." Kaidou stated directly.

The moment the words fell, Enel transformed into lightning and appeared before Kaidou. In his hand now was a fruit with spiral patterns—precisely the Heal-Heal Fruit obtained from Greenbit.
Kaidou took the Heal-Heal Fruit and placed it before Doflamingo and Rosinante. He then said, "This is the Heal-Heal Fruit. It grants the eater the ability to heal certain injuries and illnesses. Which of you will eat it to save your mother?"
Hearing that the Devil Fruit's power was to heal others, Doflamingo hesitated for a moment. After all, during their two years on this island, he had learned that in these seas, power was everything.
But it was only for a moment. Doflamingo then reached out to take the Devil Fruit.
However, another hand snatched the Devil Fruit before Doflamingo could. Rosinante grabbed the fruit and, without a second thought, devoured it whole. "Rosinante!" Doflamingo exclaimed in shock, his voice tinged with disbelief and simmering anger.
Wiping the remnants of fruit from his lips with the back of his hand, Rosinante gazed resolutely at his ailing mother on the sickbed. "Now, I will save you," he declared. He walked slowly toward Yulia, attempting to channel the newly acquired power within him. Gradually, a soft green glow emanated from his palm, as if pulsating with the rhythm of life. Instinct guided him to gently place his glowing hand over his mother's heaving chest.
A miracle began to unfold. Yulia's previously labored breathing gradually steadied, and her deathly pale complexion regained some color. Meanwhile, fine beads of sweat formed on Rosinante's forehead, his breathing grew heavy, clearly indicating the immense physical strain.
"Huff—" Rosinante finally could no longer hold on, staggering back a few steps as he gasped for air. Homing rushed forward to support him. "Rosinante, are you alright?"
"Father, I'm fine," Rosinante managed a weak but hopeful smile. "Mother's condition has improved. With a few more treatments, she will surely recover completely."
Overwhelmed with emotion, Homing pulled his son into a tight embrace, his voice choked with tears. "That's wonderful... Thank you so much, Rosinante."
Doflamingo, standing to the side, gradually relaxed his tense expression, the complex emotions in his eyes flickering uncertainly in the candlelight.
"Is this the Heal-Heal Fruit? Its healing ability is incredibly powerful," Enel exclaimed in amazement.
"Wororororo, this is exactly the effect I wanted. Kids, your good days are here," Kaidou laughed heartily.
"What? It couldn't be!" Inuarashi was the first to realize what Kaidou meant, looking at him with fearful apprehension.
"That's right. With this kid around from now on, I won't hold back during your training sessions. As long as you don't die on the spot, the Heal-Heal Fruit's ability should be able to heal you completely," Kaidou stated directly.
Hearing this, Enel, Inuarashi, Nekomamushi, and the others turned pale with shock, their faces ashen. They could already imagine what their future days would be like.
