Kian worked fast on his investigation. Within a short time, he'd delivered a complete dossier on Jonah, tracking every single move the man had made overseas.
Johnson's voice cracked with disbelief. "Phoebe, you're not going to believe this. Jonah has a younger brother—Coleman Jerry. The guy's a notorious arms dealer who operates along the border..."
My eyebrow shot up as I scooted closer to Johnson, scanning the files spread before us. "A border arms dealer? Harold, shouldn't Malcolm know about someone like that?"
'A guy like Coleman should be at the top of Malcolm's hit list,' I reasoned silently. 'How is it possible that Harold has zero memory of either Jonah or Coleman?'
Even Harold, who rarely showed surprise, looked stunned. "A border arms dealer? That's impossible. Malcolm's never mentioned anyone by that name."
