Federico's hatred for me had been festering ever since he discovered I'd supposedly stolen Patty's campus queen title through dirty tricks. The guy was practically seething with righteous anger on his precious Patty's behalf.
'They're sisters, and Phoebe is supposed to be family. How can she act so childish? Why does she always have to steal everything Patty wants?' Federico's thoughts were written all over his face.
Just like Patty predicted. I hadn't come back to the Hale family for some heartwarming reunion. I was here to wreck everything and create mayhem.
Traditional medicine was my field. No matter how good I got, I'd end up stuck in some Clearwater hospital, checking pulses and writing prescriptions for desperate patients.
Sounded impressive, but really I'd just be dealing with people who'd run out of options everywhere else.
