"Okay!" Bold Dodo agreed without hesitation, staring at Crush Tutu innocently. "When will we go?"
"Oh—tonight!" Crush Tutu was caught off guard by Bold Dodo's quick 'yes' at first, but she was really glad that Dodo trusted her without question.
After all, the three of them had been friends ever since they were tiny sprites born from Grandma Tree's petals.
"Okay, Dodo! We will gather here at night and then set off on our journey to find our Darling. Got it?"
"Mm!" Bold Dodo nodded. "I will pack enough food for us."
"I don't think we need food. It's already spring, and we can just eat flower nectar," Crush Tutu said thoughtfully. "You should pack essentials, like… mm… okay, we only need food, I guess."
"Mm, see you tonight, Tutu!" Bold Dodo rushed back to his home and began packing.
Once Crush Tutu had made plans with her friends, she returned home and started packing as well. Elder Toto wouldn't be home until late at night, as he was busy with all the spring preparations.
