"M-My King, Garou is a highly dedicated soldier!" Vestor pleaded. "He is a valuable asset to the kingdom. If you kill him, we will lose one of our strongest generals!"
Garou was indeed among the strongest despite his young age.
His tribe revered strength above all else, and ever since Kael had defeated him effortlessly, Garou had devoted his life to serving the Beast Kingdom.
He hadn't done anything wrong while serving the king…
Until now.
"I'll find another warrior in Roc Forest to replace him," Kael replied calmly. "You're too narrow-minded if you think the Beast Kingdom will remain as it is forever. I will conquer more lands and expand our territory."
He rose from his throne.
"Someone like him is dispensable—especially when he refuses to obey my will," Kael said coldly. "I'm heading to the training grounds. Let's hope that panther doesn't flee with his tail between his legs."
"M-My King, you shouldn't—"
Kael ignored him completely and left the throne room.
