"What are you babbling about, kid?" Brittany Scott glared.
Adam Thomas forced a smile: "Aren't you guys Boss Tobby's girlfriends?"
I was the first to respond, "No." I glared at Adam Thomas again: "What are you up to?"
Adam Thomas looked around and said, "There's no tea here, so I'm using these kebabs instead. Boss Tobby, teach me martial arts. I've been watching you for a long time."
"Teach what martial arts? Go study your books, why are you learning to fight all day? Haven't you seen The North Gate's been wiped out? Studying and making money is the way," I rolled my eyes and said.
Adam Thomas wasn't convinced: "No matter how much I make, I can't earn more than my dad, and we don't lack money at home. But I can achieve my life's highest achievement in my interests and hobbies."
I was speechless: "Kid, I'm not going to teach you martial arts. If you don't go home, I can teach you how to be a person now."
