More than a month passed in the blink of an eye. Just as Morgan grew increasingly anxious and restless, that familiar black-blue shimmer appeared again.
The Dimensional Demon God had no choice either. It had discovered that the Ancient One had been on alert for a long time, and only after waiting did it finally find a loophole to slip in.
"Morgan, my daughter. Looks like you've made up your mind," the Dimensional Demon God said.
"F-father… how are you going to help me?" Morgan called it "father" awkwardly, then asked impatiently.
"Very simple. I will awaken your bloodline. When that happens, you will possess your true power," the Dimensional Demon God said, seeing the fish take the bait. Its tone softened at once, as if it had been moved by her single word.
"But won't the Ancient One discover it?" Morgan asked nervously. If the Ancient One found out and sealed her again, wouldn't that mean all this work was wasted?
"Relax. She won't," the Dimensional Demon God assured her.
It claimed Morgan was a native product. The Ancient One rarely interfered in matters of the real dimension. As long as it waited for Morgan to grow strong, it could use Morgan as the link to the Deep Blue Dimension and invade the real dimension in one decisive move.
Morgan was still young, poorly educated, and didn't understand how sinister hearts could be. Besides, the Dimensional Demon God carried the identity of "father." For Morgan, who had never met her father growing up, there might be resentment, but there was even more longing for family.
"Then what should I do?" Morgan asked without realizing it.
"Very simple. Don't resist."
The Dimensional Demon God poured its power into Morgan's body. Morgan instantly felt as if her whole body had come alive. The demonized portion of her soul awakened, and a faint blue mark surfaced on her forehead.
Right after that, a massive negative force gathered from the void and poured into her like a flood. Her bones cracked loudly, and a painful wail spilled from her throat. Under the corrosion of that negative power, her flesh underwent a violent transformation, with drastic mutations to both her face and her figure.
Her body enlarged proportionally, and her limbs became longer and slimmer than before. Her nails extended outward, keratin hardening into thin, sharp claws.
Curved spiral horns grew from both sides of her forehead, bending backward. The bones in her legs mutated from the calf downward, stretching into reverse joints, and her feet became slender talons.
Her already delicate face continued to change, becoming entrancing, elf-like features with long pointed ears. Only her skin turned pale blue, and the pupils of her eyes were replaced by blue light. Her deep blue hair lifted and moved without wind, carrying an overwhelming presence.
Demonic power condensed behind her into a pair of enormous bat wings. At the folded joints, there was even a pair of flexible hooked claws.
Above was an exquisite collarbone, below a smooth mermaid line, and between them a shocking cleavage. From head to toe, she radiated a dangerously seductive charm.
But the moment Morgan finished transforming, she charged straight toward Blade Tech Industries.
"She's actually been blinded by desire so quickly. Will the Ancient One notice? My good daughter, I hope you can grow up…" the Dimensional Demon God muttered.
It didn't follow. Instead, it slipped away immediately, afraid the Ancient One might charge in and kill it.
"Zod!!!"
Boom!
With a thunderous crash, Morgan slammed through the concrete wall of the office, dark-blue demonic power surging out of her as if it cost nothing.
"Who are you?" Zod asked, completely baffled despite Morgan's fierce entrance.
Mainly because Morgan's current appearance was nothing like her previous self. It was like two entirely different people. Her height had shot from 1.61.6 meters to 1.781.78 meters, and her figure was so mature it couldn't get any more mature. Forget Zod, even Morgan's mother wouldn't recognize her.
On top of that, Zod realized his psychic power couldn't invade this thing that looked like a she-devil, so he had no way to read information.
Morgan's soul-magic seal hadn't been lifted, but the demonized awakening of part of her soul had unlocked the powerful demonic energy in her bloodline. That demonic energy passively granted her terrifying abilities: super strength, super speed, super durability, flight, mind control, soul control, external energy release, demonic corrosion, barriers, soul absorption, and more. It was no exaggeration to say that Morgan could brawl with the Hulk right now, as long as the Hulk didn't stay angry enough to keep surpassing her.
If she also had soul magic on top of that, Morgan would become the kind of absurdly overpowered demon girl like DC's Raven.
"You don't recognize me?" Morgan's heart tightened, then she remembered her appearance had changed drastically.
She moved closer to Zod. Zod found it strange that he couldn't read any malice or hostility from her. Then Morgan released her mind control ability.
Zod's brows twitched slightly, but he didn't resist at all. His psychic power withdrew to the side, allowing her to invade his mind.
He mainly didn't want to expose that he himself possessed extraordinary abilities. He could also use the fact that she believed he was controlled, find the right moment, and kill her with a single strike.
Seeing Zod's eyes go dull, Morgan thought she had truly controlled him. She couldn't help walking forward and pulling Zod's head into her chest.
Zod felt extremely stifled. This she-devil who had come out of nowhere had a chest so exaggerated that each side looked about the size of his head. With her tremendous strength, she pressed him firmly into her chest. Zod inferred she likely had a passive super strength ability.
"Zod, I love you. Love me too," Morgan said, completely stirred up by desire, only wanting to merge with Zod entirely in this moment.
"I love you… who are you…" Zod said with a blank, confused expression, his right hand quietly gathering power. At this distance, it was enough for him to punch this she-devil to death, or at least cripple her.
"I'm Morgan…"
Morgan's words made Zod's hand freeze in midair. Then the Ancient One appeared, having sensed the abnormal aura, and immediately saw a scene that was not suitable for children.
Her expression didn't change at all. She simply acted, pulling both of them into the Mirror Dimension.
"Ancient One!" Morgan saw her and instantly regained a bit of clarity, only to be flooded with agitation right after.
The Ancient One merely glanced at her, then began observing the surroundings. Clearly, the aura on Morgan was too weak. She wasn't the Ancient One's target. At the same time, she noticed the seal within Morgan's body and recognized her as the girl involved with soul magic.
As for why the girl had become like this, the Ancient One had seen it many times. She knew it was likely that the girl couldn't resist temptation and had been corroded by negative energy from a Dimensional Demon God. Morgan probably had demon blood, which was why she turned into this form. Otherwise, if other people were corroded by negative energy, they would only become grotesque, no longer resembling anything human.
