Baran's face was instantly covered with confusion and shock. He totally had the upper hand here. How then did this happen?
'When did he even pull out his sword. I could swear I had my eyes directly fixated on him.'
Baran's army also went into a state of fright. None of them expected this outcome. It took the collapse of Baran's body to the ground before it had finally clicked in the minds of everyone that the war had ended even before it's commencement.
Now left without a leader, Lucius constructed a barrier which also served as a cage for the Orks.
"Luna, please heal the Ork lord. He isn't dead yet."
"Yes, my Lord."
Luna rushed before the body of Baran and placed both her arms across the fatal wound. A few minutes after, life miraculously returned into the body of the Ork Lord.
Baran rose to his feet and stared at his wound in amazement.
"Wow…"
"So, this is healing magic."
With an assist from Lucius, Baran commanded his army to back down. He suddenly went down unto his knees and began to swear his allegiance to his new master.
"Oh my King, forgive your servant and accept me into your court."
Lucius was amazed at the kind of mannerism the Ork lord displayed. Lucius could hardly believe that this was the same ugly guy trying to kill him a few minutes ago.
And immediately after Baran, the entire Ork army also bent the knee.
"Rise up."
Lucius said to him, and he rose up to his feet. He began to really feel like he was living inside a dream, and began to wonder whether all this was even real in the first place. Reborn as a legendary hero into a magic world and having all kinds of creatures call you, their king.
After the display, Park Grizzly was too dumbfounded to even breathe normally. He began to feel a very cold chill rush down his spine causing all the hair on his body to stand up straight. He swallowed dry saliva and collapsed to his knees in deep regret for ever doubting the hero. If this was just a tiny bit of his power, then what would his complete power look like. His brain failed to even comprehend the what it would look like. The current Lucius Wesley was surely not the same one from their history books. This one was even more fearsome than he could have imagined. Apart from his power, his ability to bring two antagonistic races together was unimaginable. Lucius was a gift from the gods.
Meanwhile, Lucius was extremely thankful to the gods for his lucky outcome. Before stabbing the Ork Lord, he had no plan of how to deal with the High Orks, and everyone was looking up to him. The power to determine the fate of thousands of people laid at the palm of his hand. Make the least mistake and it would cost people their lives. That kind of burden was still very new to him.
His dream of living in a fantasy world had come to past. However, he had come to realize that, things in this world were not as easy as he had thought it would be. He still had a lot to learn a lot about the magic of this world. But in a meantime, he had inherited the hero's physical skills to compensate his ignorance about magic.
The more he read their history books, there more worried he became. For example, he had just learnt about the existence of divine beings including spirits, demons and gods. And apart from monsters, there were other things which posed a threat to the human world. Also, it looked like the Hero 'Lucius Wesley' was not just a simple person. But one mystery that had remained unsolved till date was how the Hero died. However, no one had asked him about it because they all believed that the Hero Lucius Wesley gave his life to protect his comrades. Unfortunately, that was not in the least bit true according to his books. Whatever he had gotten himself entangled with a thousand years ago, it was now up to him.
In present day, the construction of New Westeros was progressing at a very astonishing rate. One would hardly believe that monsters were capable of such reasoning. From all what he had seen so far, he could boldly say that their war with humans was simply as a result of human beings not being able to treat them as equals.
Paved roads were built across the lengths and breadth of the forest. Also, by Lucius putting his knowledge of his previous world to good use, new types of furniture and devices were built, instantly transforming New Westeros into a golden age of technology.
The wonderful thing he learnt was that in this world, mana could be used as a substitute for electricity and was several times more efficient than electricity.
Within little time, word about New Westeros already began to spread around the world like wild fire, until it reached several others, causing them to sow seeds of resentment.
The fact about monster building a city from scratch was too amusing. Was there anything monsters were good at doing apart from killing and savagery?
Demon Lord Zeldris intended to see everything for himself, therefore he decided to make a journey into the dark forest. This time his journey was not for conquest or to kill someone, but just to see whether the rumors were really true. Monsters and humans coexisting like there was never a thousand-year war between them and the return of the legendary hero Lucius Wesley.
The last time he travelled, it was to gain more subordinates through a negotiation with Demon Lord Carrion. Unfortunately, due to his poor communication skills, the negotiation failed causing a huge battle between the two of them. At the end, a powerful known mage by the name Myulan stepped in to act as a mediator between the them. Zeldris and Carrion had no choice but to both retreat to their homes after doing a batter trade.
This time, it was hero Lucius. Someone who's power rivaled that of a demon Lord's. However, he would only go to see if the hero was someone who deserved his attention.
And thus, he made his move.

(1st Person Narrative)
"Hi guys, thanks for coming this far. Please from now on, I would be writing in the first person's narrative for several reasons. Enjoy!
After endless discussions, we decided to see medium grade medicine as the city's specialty. So, we continued to research towards mass production.
In order to produce excellent grade medicines, I combined my knowledge about medicine and pharmaceuticals from my home world with our current knowledge about magical based medicines. I suddenly began to thank my stars for studying Pharmacy.
And then I had an idea. What about a magic circle? If the design of the drug is stored within a magic circle, couldn't the several copies of the same drug be made.
In any case, we just had to try. After all, success is built upon several failures. Progress only comes after a problem has been resolved.
I mentioned my idea to Luna who promised to make it into a reality. My reason for telling Luna first was because Luna was the one who adored me the most. Whatever suggestion I gave, she was always the first to support it no matter how stupid it might even sound.
Luna was the best mage we had so far. She also possessed a lot of potential, all she had to do was put more faith in her abilities.
I returned back to the city's entrance through a giant magic circle erected specifically for cross- town teleportation. The circle was designed in such a way that every citizen of New Westrios would have access to it.
The magic circle would always be active using my mana. I realized a while ago that I possessed a very huge reserve of mana within my body, enough to take care of a country.
And the teleportation magic circle also required a large reserve of mana to remain active, therefore I agreed to use my mana as a source. It sounded impossible at the beginning, but as time went on it worked perfectly well without me feeling any loss of mana.
I myself was surprised. Perhaps it was a reward from my rebirth. I began walking into the city until my magic perception sensed a great ounce of mana flying towards the city at an extremely fast rate.
"It seems we're about to have guests. And not a simple one too."
A few minutes, and he was already floating in the sky like superman. The young man made a very cool landing as if he had rehearsed it for a long time. And frighteningly, he didn't cause any ripple with his landing.
Somehow, he managed to completely erase his mana a second before his cool landing.
