The next after waking up he decided to check up on Weedle and it looked a little bigger than before deciding to check its measurements.

Next was bug bite yesterday Weedle only managed to use bug bite 6 times and barely managed to damage a sticks today bug bite nearly to tear through a stick in one bite.
After a rest, next up was string shot yesterday it only managed to use string shot 10 times within 5 meters today it was 13 times within 5 meters.
Finally it was poison sting he had Weedle use poison sting on a tree and today it was released faster than yesterday.
Weedle after hearing the order immediate reacted during multiple into the tree causing 3 cm wide hole into the tree as the leaves began to with and roots began to rot underground.
Overall DJ was impressed with Weedle's progress his original training would have to be changed to keep up with Weedle's progress.He planned on doubling his Weedle's training from yesterday using his knowledge from the old world of martial arts training and various forms of exercise and training.
Wanting Weedle to gain the benefits of martial arts like balance, loosened stiff muscles, and better reaction speed.
Night quickly came and so he headed home where he had fed Weedle his usual meal, gave him a massage and the went to bed.
The next day he added accuracy training along with the usual training needing to increase the accuracy to Weedle's moves.
DJ: "Aight Weedle here we go when I throw these rocks into the air try and hit them with either electro web or string shot understand."

The first throw wasn't very fast Weedle knocked down easily with electro web.
The second throw Weedle managed to catch with DJ putting more strength in this time using string shot.
The third throw Weedle completely missed the rock with electro web.
Then DJ kept throwing rocks at the same speed and realized Weedle doesn't have enough reaction to hit the rocks and notes it down in his journal.

The next day he continued training Weedle's physical and moveset and seeing multiple improvements.
DJ:"Weedle today we're going to do more accuracy training and switch it up between string shot and electro web ok."

DJ started as usual throwing it weaker and putting more strength into it as Weedle continues catching the different rocks with a mix-up between both electro web and string shot wanting to get the moves to mastery level before battling.
The move mastery goes ordinary, mastery, and exceptional, and perfect but gets significantly harder as it goes from stage to stage.

A few days has passed since that day and keeps up the moves and physical training every afternoon, having Weedle ram into trees and boulders to increase into durability and finally all of Weedle's moves reaches mastery level so he decides it's time for battle training.
So instead of going to the grove immediate he decides to the general store and buys 2 potions and 2 antidotes costing 2,000$ leaving him with 13,000$ from the original 20,000 he's been saving up, but have 15,000$ due to Weedle's expenses. Which also leads him to think about financial problems because even though since Weedle is a bug type it doesn't cost much it still costs a pretty penny.
He begins his walk through the forest and encounters a caterpie and releases Weedle.
DJ:"Weedle use Bug bite."
Weedle charges in and uses bug bite in caterpie knocking out the unaware caterpie.
DJ:"Nice job Weedle."
Weedle:"Weedle."
DJ and Weedle ventured off into the forest leaving the poor caterpie left for dead as a pidgey swoops down and takes it back to its nest.
