Two weeks ago, "The Fool" Klein said he hoped to buy a "Flaming Arrow" from "The Hermit".
Of course, he didn't buy it for himself, but placed the order for Marich.
However, because Sharon and Maritch had to hide for a while after their battle with the "Indulgence" faction of the "Rose School" at the docks, Klein was unable to contact Maritch last week, and he did not mention the previous deal.
But just two days ago, Klein contacted "Miss Bodyguard" Sharon again, and she agreed to the "Hermit's" offer on Marich's behalf.
Klein also learned from Sharon that the "Indulgence Faction" had been exposed for unknown reasons, suffered a heavy blow from the "Mechanical Heart," and now seemed to have basically left Backlund.
So at this tarot reading, Klein brought up the previous deal with "The Hermit".

"No problem." Odis thought for a moment: "It can be delivered this week."
"We've already discussed the price, it's 500 pounds."
"The manufacturing process and formula for bullets cost 100 pounds, and bullets can also be ordered at 1 pound per bullet."
Klein, operating "The World," said in a hoarse voice, "I'm buying the technology to manufacture bullets."
In just a few words, the deal was struck between the two.
After a few seconds of silence in the main hall, the transaction session ended, and the gathering moved into a free exchange phase.
"Justice" Audrey looked around and smiled first: "Last week, an interesting case occurred in Backlund, the protagonist of which is known as the Robin Hood 'Black Emperor'."
Alger, the "Hanged Man," and Fors, the "Magician," both immediately looked at "Justice," expressing their concern for the case with their eyes.
Alger was paying close attention because he had just learned that the card in Mr. Fool's hand was the "Black Emperor".
Fors, on the other hand, lived in Backlund and knew a little about the inside story, and even guessed that it was related to the Tarot Society, which is why he paid close attention to it.
Audrey paused for a moment before continuing, "The victim was the wealthy Capin, rumored to be Backlund's biggest human trafficker. The chivalrous thief 'Black Emperor' broke into his villa, took his life, and rescued many innocent girls imprisoned in the dungeon."
"When Capin's body was found, it was covered with a tarot deck, with the 'Judgment' and 'Emperor' cards on his face. It is said that the 'Hermit' card was also found to be missing and quite noticeable."
Human traffickers? Alger keenly caught the phrase, and then he turned to the head of the bronze table and asked in a humble tone, "Mr. Fool, is Capin involved in the disappearances of colonial slaves?"
Investigating the disappearances of colonial slaves was a mission assigned to him by the Church of Storms. He had previously exchanged some valuable information with the "Hermit" at the Tarot meeting, but had not found any valuable clues since.
Klein, behind the gray fog, paused for a moment before realizing that he had been pondering the "Hermit" card, though he hadn't paid much attention to it when he was at the scene.
But after what "Justice" just said, an inspiration struck one of the "diviners," making him suddenly realize that the "Hermit" card might be a spiritual hint.
But he couldn't figure out what the hint was for a moment.
Klein's first thought was the meaning of this tarot card. The Hermit card depicts an old man wearing a robe and a hood, carrying a lantern in one hand and using a wooden stick as a cane in the other.
This card represents solitude and meditation, and the use of knowledge and wisdom to illuminate the path for those who are lost.
But Klein couldn't immediately figure out whether this was a suggestion to "be alone" or someone was "lighting the way" for him.
Another, more direct clue might be that "The Hermit," a member of the Tarot Club, was also present?
But Klein had already determined that the masked young man was Mr. Gar, the behind-the-scenes owner of the "Nanmu Ballroom".
The "hermit" seems to be running a herbal medicine shop. The two have completely different temperaments and have not yet found any common ground.
At this moment, Klein thought that he could try to look up "The Hermit" and perhaps he would know the meaning of the "Hermit" card suddenly appearing.
Just as Klein was considering how to investigate, Alger's question brought him back to his senses.
He had already thought about this before, and the extraordinary bodyguards in the Cappin Villa were very abnormal in terms of both their methods and their sequence.
At that moment, he recalled the disappearances of slaves in the colonies mentioned by the "Hanged Man" and the disappearances of the Backlund vagrants mentioned by the "Hermit," and vaguely felt that there should be some intrinsic connection between these events.
But Klein couldn't be sure of his guess, so he skipped the question of "The Hanged Man" and chuckled, saying, "My followers made a small contribution to this matter."
Sure enough! Audrey cheered inwardly.
Fors sighed inwardly: This is the first time I've encountered anything related to Tarot in real life.
Alger, however, believed that Mr. Fool's words were telling him that Capin, the human trafficker, was no ordinary person; otherwise, Mr. Fool wouldn't have sent a follower to help.
Odis inadvertently noticed Alger's somewhat awe-inspiring expression and thought to himself, "Who knows what the 'Down with the Political Commissar' is imagining again?"
Then, Klein added casually, "He gained three extraordinary traits from this, and hopes to sell them as soon as possible."
"Three traits: one corresponds to 'Sheriff' in Sequence 8, one to 'Interrogator' in Sequence 7, and one to 'Judge' in Sequence 6."
Odis suddenly realized that he had been so busy with research last week that he had forgotten to check the spoils of the Battle of Capin.
He planned to take it out and look at it after the tarot session ended.
Audrey was slightly taken aback: Mr. Fool's companion is very strong. He actually defeated three extraordinary beings on his own, one of whom was a Sequence 6!
Alger then made the connection: "Sheriff," "Interrogator"... Isn't this the "arbitrator" approach controlled by the Augustus family?
At this point, he increasingly felt that the disappearance of slaves was not a simple matter.
Klein was, of course, deliberately using the levels and methods of these extraordinary traits to divert the attention of the other members, making his words seem like he was providing clues for the other members, rather than focusing on the matter of selling extraordinary traits.
At this point, Fors asked, "I heard that the 'Judgment' card and the 'Emperor' card that appeared at the scene represent the judgment of Kapin by the rogue 'Black Emperor', but why is there also a 'Hermit' card at the scene? I also heard that there were other people at the scene besides the rogue."
This card did appear rather strangely, so everyone unconsciously turned their attention to "The Hermit," a member of the Tarot Club.
Odis smiled and said, "Perhaps it means that the 'hermit' can answer your questions."
Before Fors could speak, Odis continued, "I know who the other person was at the scene."
That was himself, but he had no intention of revealing his identity. Instead, he said, "It wasn't just the 'Robin Hood' who found out about Kapin's crimes and took action to punish this human trafficker."
"In Becquerad, some righteous people also traced the disappearances of homeless people to Kapin and clashed with him."
"And coincidentally, the 'Robin Hood' also took action to punish Kapin on that day, so the two righteous men joined forces to deal with Kapin and his accomplices."
Upon hearing this, Klein almost dispelled his previous suspicion that the "Hermit" was Mr. Gar. He clearly remembered that two weeks ago, when the "Hermit" said that he had received news about the unusual disappearance of homeless people, some of his friends had already begun an investigation.
It was said at the time that four people were assigned to the investigation, and it was emphasized that the four people had very different professions, which was used to highlight the unusual nature of this investigation.
Not a single mistake, not a single poem, not a single post, not a single piece of content, not a single look!
It's impossible for "The Hermit" to lie about the Kapin incident about ten days in advance, so the description at the time was highly credible. It's likely that "The Hermit's" friend found out about Kapin.
And that friend was Mr. Gar?
Audrey recalled, "I remember now, the newspaper said that on that evening, someone saw a masked young man rush into Capin's villa and clash with Capin's men!"
Odis smiled slightly: "I was talking about him."
Fors remarked, "I never imagined this event would be so complicated."
Audrey replied, "I don't think it's complicated at all; it's just that righteous people happened to join forces to kill a villain."
Fors nodded in agreement, then asked "The Fool" Klein, "Mr. Fool, how much do you intend to sell that 'Sheriff' attribute for?"
Odis breathed a sigh of relief; at least she could finally divert everyone's attention.
"600 pounds." After quoting the price, Klein immediately changed the subject, showing that he didn't care about the extraordinary characteristics of Sequence 8.
He conjured several pieces of parchment, saying, "These are some of the meanings of Russell's secret symbols, free knowledge to help you better collect the diaries."
Because one page of the diary provided by the Hanged Man today was forged by piecing together Chinese characters.
Audrey and the others were overjoyed, never expecting such a reward at the end of the gathering.
Odis had no choice but to pretend to be trying to remember.
After everyone had basically finished memorizing the information, Audrey asked again, "Everyone, if the Extraordinary Organization invites someone to join, and that person doesn't join, will the Extraordinary Organization hunt that person down?"
Klein, behind the gray fog, was slightly taken aback: "Justice," what organization is it going to join now?
Odis immediately realized that this question arose because "justice" had encountered "Lelouch".
He smiled helplessly: Why are we talking about me again?
Alger replied, "Such a situation rarely occurs. After all, extraordinary organizations do not recruit people publicly. They usually conduct investigations quietly and only extend an invitation if they feel the person is suitable."
"Few people would refuse to join an extraordinary organization. After all, for many extraordinary individuals, joining an organization means they have security and more opportunities for promotion."
"If an extraordinary individual is being hunted down for not joining an extraordinary organization, it's either because he discovered the organization's assessment of him and disdained to join, thus angering the organization's members, or because he knows the organization's secret that not joining will result in his death."
Odis thought for a moment: "Lelouch" should belong to the former.
Audrey had a similar assessment, and she had some new ideas about "Lelouch": "I understand, thank you for your explanation."
After a few more exchanges, Klein announced the end of the tarot session.
...
The land forsaken by the gods, the city of silver.
Upon returning to the real world, Derrick immediately used the bestowed ritual to obtain the "All-Black Eye".
He also received instructions from Mr. Fool: "Do not touch it directly."
After thanking Mr. Fool, Derrick had just finished building the "Wall of Spirituality" and put away the "All-Black Eye" when he heard a knocking sound at the door.
He asked, "Who?"
"I, Dark, the exploration team has been released from quarantine. I'm here to share our experience exploring the temple with you."
