She rubbed her forehead in visible frustration.

A mixture of helplessness and disappointment crossed her face. Breaking this contract might be far more difficult than she had thought.
Scarlett looked from the untouched chain to Kiara before letting out a comment.
"It seems your confidence suffered more damage than the chain."
Kiara sighed.
"…Unfortunately."
She glanced around at the frozen wilderness.
"The freezing effect will disappear naturally. It only lasts about a minute."
Scarlett nodded. She looked toward the frozen waterfall with open admiration.
"I'll admit… this is probably the most beautiful campsite I've ever seen."
Kiara smiled faintly despite herself.
