Lapras Becomes an Ocean Mount
Kaito turned and looked at the lake, then blew a whistle. Lapras emerged from the lake, her azure skin adorned with glistening water droplets.
His Lapras seemed to enjoy him stroking her head and neck. A sea puppy?
Kaito pulled out a crystal-clear, glowing water droplet—the Secret Treasure Mysterious Water Droplet—from which abundant Water-type energy surged forth.
"Lapras, this is for you. Use it, and you can fulfill your wish."
Lapras had grown to love exploring the beautiful world Kaito showed her. She realized she needed to be strong enough to be Kaito's ocean mount and travel across the vast sea.
"Woo~~" Lapras suddenly raised her head.

Lapras made an ice slide that conveniently slid into the lake. Bunnelby, Cinccino, Psyduck, and even Meganium and Gardevoir lined up to use the slide.
Fortifying Meganium and Volcarona
Kaito called Meganium over. He flipped his right hand, and a green seed emanating a rich life aura appeared: a Secret Treasure Miracle Seed!
"Bay?" Meganium understood. She resolutely accepted the Miracle Seed!

This level of strength was more than enough to serve as a Provincial Gym Leader and easily met the requirements for an International Gym.
