During a dark night chaos loomed heavily on Konoha due to Kyuubi's mind-controlled self wreaking great havoc upon the former peaceful village. "We have to do this my love...our daughters, they need to become the light of Konoha and protect our village. Hiruzen will take care of them." Mikoto said to his wife and due to her grievious injuries she had a very pained look in her eyes, but the will of fire was strong in her, and she gave her husband a solid nod.
Mikoto began to weave the hand signs allowing for the shinigami to appear and hurriedly began to explain the deal that would suredly kill them both. While the two men was making that deal our dear Ahri began her own progress, she didn't want Kushina to die, but had no choice in making sure it is staged like her death.
Within the mind palace of Ahri that very much looked like sewers it was pure hell to look at making Ahri scoff, yet she had to be quick before she is to be separated into yin half, and yang half. Luckily despite losing her halves she knew her chakra would regrow but it will never the same, this wasn't a bad trade for her, yet she silently wondered to herself, how she would change due to this.
Despite musing to herself about all of this, she felt it prudent to begin. Swiftly Ahri weaved her hands together while ripping out one third of her whole self and sealed it within Kushina's body, then proceeded to to store the soul of her dear friend in the chakra making them practically one.
This was the first stage Ahri had to ensure, along with 'bleeding' onto both Kushina's soul then do intricate work by storing, combining their DNA together, with this the final stage will begin, and she cackled to herself knowing no one would know of her survival. Yet she had to one more thing before she could end up with the twins.
Carefully she began to construct the new Kushina, her full fox form has mesmerizing white and red fur, and in her human form she had the trademark pure red hair with white mixing quite a bit in. Various red markings showed up looking like tattoo's, naturally Kushina also had her Kitsune form, but in this one her allure went several notches up, Kushina's hair however was very different, it reached all the way down to her heels, and was primarily white with a good portion of it also red.
Feeling satisfied she now awaited the good play coming their way. Ahri grunted feeling herself dissapear, and knew she was about to be split in two, so in a heartbeat she decided on two new names. Her Yin self will now be named Mahri while her yang self will be named Rinha, mostly to keep it simple. "Goodbye Kushina, your new Kyuubi will be named Yuuki, and take care of her well, she will be different from my two halves as she directly fused with you, making you practically half a tailed beast and half Jinchūriki.
Outside in the real world both Minato and Kushina had died and the two twins cried loudly, from the sheer pain of having the Kyuubi sealed within their tiny bodies that began to make changes to their bodies, for now it was simply to strenghten their bodies lightly which not only changed their eyes but also their nails, it was pretty mild, by simply making it more narrow but not fully slits, they also share the classic whisker trait.
Not long after a confused Kushina awakens as a fox, "H-huh w-what's going on here" she was visibly confused, nervous until her gaze saw her two children, she was about to sprint towards them until a weak yet spirited voice it sounded like a young deep voice. "Hold on Kushina, you can not be with your children just yet!" The voice sounded in her mind, causing the reborn Kushina to stop. She couldn't fully recognize that voice, yet she was also deeply familiar with it. "A-ahri is that you? Aren't you supposed to be in Naruko and Aika's body?" She sounded almost angry, but also relieved to hear someone she knew.
"We don't got a lot of time, and my new name now is Yuuki okay. Anywho listen up, you are currently a tiny fox, much like I am right now, you need to leave quickly. You should be able to sense the shinobi's coming, and we don't want you there. You also need a new name, So go with my old one Ahria Uzumaki will be your new name." Despite the circumstances she still kept her sensory abilities, and knew better to trust Ahri now Yuuki, it would be hard to explain how she somehow survived, yet kept a body that really unnerved her now that she thought about it.
Before the Shinobi's arrives she swiftly left the premise, while she listened to Yuki on how to transform into her true human form. Much unlike her daughters, they may not have a natural fox form, but it didn't matter. For now she sought to leave and come back much later allowing herself time to plan how to get her children and raise them. As much as every Uzumaki fiber in her body screamed to her, to grab them right away, years of Shinobi training and her death tempered her will greatly.
Four long years later.
It took her four long years travelling the land as Shinobi under Konoha, it was excruciating, she had to re-develop her skills, while travelling to her ancestral home to see if there was anything hidden, which she did indeed find a few things that no other then an Uzumaki could get, despite this she also picked up another girl who she adopted Karin Uzumaki who she wanted to introduce to her two children. She still remembers the heavy talk she had three and a half years ago when she returned to Konoha. It infuriated her so much that pure killing intent roamed around her, until she tempered her anger down.
What Hiruzen and that filthy Danzo was up to by ostrazising her baby girls, he didn't even deign to give them their inheritance, instead he took it all, made them hated for killing their fourth Hokage. Everyone hated her twins. Yet she held her tongue, she spent six months working on gaining some strength back, along with making a thourough plan.
She still remembered how the talk when, how she talked to Hiruzen, how she was a hidden ninja under Mikoto who raised her secretly, and later befriended Kushina, and how in the event of her potential death, that she will raise her daughters as if it where her own. Ahria made sure to write such a will in her natural handwriting and with her skills, along with the help of Yuuki she even gave it her previous chakra nature. It was abseloutely foolproof plan.
Ahria even stated that she will not pick up the two until they were four years old, during that time she will become a jounin of the Hidden leaf village doing many missions. However upon four years later she will take the two as her children and move into their ancestral shrine as a home. In which they agreed, but not without making it difficult for her.
Ahria snorted at that, with four years of heavy grunt work she has earned a hefty sum, as she also sought out the dark side, by hunting down Bounties, and lots of them at that. Her nickname is the bloody hanabi who reaps anyone she meets who is in the bingo book. Doesn't matter their bounty, as long as one was on the list, she killed them.
Now the story begins with the twins.
