"Wait, what does that even mean?"
Matthew asked with some confusion.
Franklin's expression twisted as he asked.
"You are not trying to say someone helped you using the same logic as how superheroes win every battle, right?"
"There are many universes where heroes lost. Don't try to fool us!"
Jean and Wanda gave him a dangerous look while Legion looked thrilled.
"That's right! Cheers to the power of friendship. Why can't it be the power of friendship? Am I not strong because of my personalities working together?"
He raised his hands in the air and asked.
Kurama felt amused at his reaction and continued.
"Legion, power of friendship sometimes means sacrifice!"
When Legion heard that, he instantly put down his hands and asked.
"What do you mean?"
Kurama looked at Franklin and said.
"You said Loki can interfere with our fate, right? My friend can do the same. Except he sacrificed himself in the process."
"He didn't bring me any power but precious memories. These memories are the reason I managed to change my fate."
"He also gave me a task to change the fate of others."
Hearing that, Legion looked as if he realized something and said.
"Is that why you gave your powers to others so easily? After all, you don't need to do that to grow your strength. You can just devour other space-time."
Kurama shook his head.
"Not exactly! The idea of Chakra came to my mind when I found the effects of my energy, so I started developing it out of curiosity."
"I didn't want to help someone like Captain America. Yes, he is good, but he doesn't have the struggle that makes me help him."
"I just wanted to use him to help Spiderman."
When he said that, others showed a look of understanding. Even Mathew and Jasper, who didn't personally know Spiderman, understood him.
Even Wanda felt her fate wasn't as bad as Spider-Man's.
"That being said, when I helped Captain America, I had this spontaneous thought."
"You have quite a chemistry with Captain America, don't you? How do you feel about him being together with Peggy?"
Wanda gave him a blank stare while Jean turned red as she angrily spoke.
"Scumbag, Franklin is here, and he is just a kid."
"Ptff!"
Kurama burst into laughter when he heard that line. He waved his hand, and a picture appeared in front of them. It was Steve talking to Tony.
"She is just a kid, Tony."
When Legion saw this, he remembered the timeline where Scarlet Witch got together with Steve and burst into laughter with tears coming out of his eyes.
"Man, this is the first time I've laughed like this."
Legion couldn't stop laughing, to the point he started banging the ground while laughing.
Seeing this, Wanda expressionlessly removed his mouth and glared at Kurama.
When he saw the red magic in her hands, Kurama hurriedly raised his hands.
"Hey, hey, I am just joking. You guys were getting upset. You already have enough depression in your world. There is no need to be depressed here."
"Since my friend has helped me change my fate, I will definitely help you guys."
Matthew walked in front of him and patted his shoulder.
"Thanks, mate! You are the only one who has the potential to let me be born and grow without any complications."
He suddenly made a cigarette and started smoking.
"In the entire multiverse, I am the only Matthew Malloy who survived. When I realized my fate, I tried helping other versions of myself."
"But either I was stopped, or something went wrong. Because of my uniqueness, the Living Tribunal didn't kill me. He just warned me and left."
Kurama could feel the sadness in his tone.
Watching his other selves die or not even be born because of the fate was too much for anyone.
At least, Wanda could influence her other variants using Chaos Magic and Darkhold, but everything she did was just a script written in her fate.
"Hey, Living Tribunal reminds me of something. This is the eighth multiverse, right?"
Hearing that, Franklin instantly raised his hand and explained like a little professor.
"It depends on how you see the multiverse. Not all universes were destroyed or even controlled by Uncle Doom."
"So, while many of the universes were indeed reborn, some managed to survive on their own, such as your universe and many other universes related to you."
"It's simply because Loki managed to prevent the powers of the Beyonders from affecting his little part of the multiverse."
"So, you could say that part of the multiverse is still part of the seventh multiverse. But this is the eighth iteration of Eternity and other cosmic entities."
Hearing that, Kurama nodded his head and asked.
"From my memories, I know that some universes, especially the one shown just now, didn't have any mutants or fantastic force."
"Since you could see beyond universes, does this universe still exist?"
Wanda nodded.
"Of course! That is the universe where my variant almost started the invasion of Chthon. I have sealed him inside the Darkhold."
"Because of the Darkhold, he can influence other universes and slowly borrow the power from the main Darkhold to break the seal."
Hearing that, Kurama rubbed his chin and said.
"You couldn't influence other universes, but you can enter my universe because I am outside the influence of the universe."
"Does that mean I can try entering other universes?"
Hearing that, Jim showed a sly smile and asked.
"So, do you want to launch a dimensional invasion? Those cosmic entities will not be happy."
Kurama shook his head and said.
"I am not talking about those fresh universes. I meant those abandoned universes like Zombieverse or the universe where Infinity Ultron destroyed all lives."
Hearing that, Legion's eyes lit up.
"How can I forget that? Your power allows you to convert matter into energy. The more energy you have, the stronger you get."
"Even though those universes do not have any life, you can simply swallow those universes, especially since they are also abandoned by those cosmic entities."
At this moment, Jean interrupted.
"Your powers are too threatening to the cosmic entities. Phoenix is already agitated by your plan. They will stop you at any cost."
"Only if they have time to take care of me."
Kurama smirked as he spoke.
He turned towards Jean for a moment and continued.
"Jean, you and Phoenix are the same. But I want to be sure if Phoenix will betray us for other cosmic entities."
Jean replied.
"She won't. Phoenix and I are the ones. It will help me do whatever I want to, even if that means going against the cosmic entities."
"Good! Then, Jim, you previously mentioned you could see the future, right? But if I remember correctly, your power is only Reality Manipulation."
"So, how does this work? How can you see the future if your power is Reality Manipulation?"
Legion slapped his forehead and said.
"I forgot that only your powers are Level Six. In essence, you are still just a Level Five."
Then, he calmly explained.
"You see, when your reality manipulation starts affecting the entire universe, you can basically see Eternity."
"Seeing Eternity means you can absorb time. Seeing infinity means you can absorb space."
"Of course, this doesn't work exactly like this. But in essence, once you become a Level Six powerhouse, you can see time as a linear concept."
"But this only works against lower-level powerhouses. If you try to see the time of someone as strong as Eternity or even stronger, then you can't do it."
"Just like how you can't manipulate the reality of someone stronger than you."
"I have many personalities that can warp reality, but some are weaker, while some are stronger."
Hearing that, Kurama clapped his hands.
"That's perfect! No wonder cosmic entities weren't able to see the action of Beyonders."
"But this also means that soon enough, they will not have time to take care of us."
He raised his hand and placed an even more powerful barrier around them.
"Is this the information from that friend of yours?"
Wanda asked.
Kurama nodded.
"Soon, if I am not mistaken, there will be a huge war. A war that will span among cosmic entities, including Living Tribunal and One Above All."
"And, the initiator of this war will be none other than Death."
When he said that, others looked at him with shock.
"Why would Death cause a war among Cosmic Entities?"
Kurama smirked.
"Because her brother 'Oblivion' will die and the cause of his death will be none other than Eternity."
"So, if you want to change the situation of mutants, our fate, then this is our only chance."
"A chance to the level of One Above All."
At this moment, Jean's eyes changed as she spoke.
"You foolish mortal! You can not comprehend the power of One Above All."
But Kurama simply laughed.
"Oh? You are mistaken. I do understand the power of One Above All."
Then his expression sharpened as he said.
"But he is just a manifestation of those who cause misery in your lives. This experience has shaped you into what you are today. You have already suffered."
"But this doesn't mean everyone of you must follow the same path. Help me with my plan."
"Only when we have equal rights to change our destiny can we make our lives better."
