One of the guys held my shoulder and stopped me, I turned to look behind myself and see the guy who grabbed me... He was too small for me.. About 5'6 ... My 6'5 frame towered him too much.. I was wondering how he even reached my shoulder, that's when I saw him on a scrapped stool.
Guy 1: "hey man... Nice height.. We never met someone so tall before.
He said to me with a ciggarette between his lips that were black from smoking and they had mocking gazes... Typical expression of people who despise tall guys.

As I turned to walk away, the guy with a bulky muscular frame stops me by grabbing my arm..

He looked at them with narrowed eyes and tilts his head a bit, he eyes faintly glowing red as he leans down to them.
Adi:"... Respect?.... For what?... For you smoking on my face?.. Respect for someone who doesn't care what the person in front of them are saying?"
The guys we're scared, stunned by the sudden shift in his demeanor and thickness of the atmosphere. His fangs grew out slightly, making him look more like a beast than a human..
Guy2:"... M–.. Man.. Calm down, dude... We were just having some fun messing with people passing by here.... No need to get all pissed, dude... You can go... .. Bro go to where you were going."
The guys gave a awkward smile and left the alley.
"Idiots... Just gave me a headache instead of f–cking off right when I was leaving."
I started to walk and go to my dad's showroom again.
As I entered the shop, dad was already showing phones to the customers.
Adi:"hey, dad... Any work for me?"
Dad:"oh, adi.... No, there's no work for you to do right now, you should be at home, studying... Why did you come here"
Adi:"uhh... I–... Uhm... Well.. I already studied as much as I needed... And I was bored, so I came here."

I didn't even wait for his permission and left in hurry, not wanting face him after lying on face, I don't know what's happening, I was feeling too many emotions... Even shame that I usually don't feel...
After few minutes I reached my friends who were playing badminton, I took one of their racket's and stood to play... First we were playing nice and slow.. Until it got faster.. And faster... Until finally I smashed on the shuttle.. And it flew so hard that it broke through the racket of the one on the other side of the net... I was stunned frozen... I didn't know what I should do... I just hid the racket in my hand and pretend like I didn't do anything.. Everyone there were shocked.. Not because the shuttle broke the racket, but because the shuttle made a hole through the electric poll.
I ran off immediately and went home not knowing what to do.
I just took out my phone and started to scroll through it...
Few hours later it was night. And for some reason... I felt the urge to howl again when I looked at the moon, but this time even more, and the most of all.... I could smell flesh right from my dad and grandma walking by.. I drooled involuntarily.
But quickly enough I shrugged off the urge and went back to scrolling on the phone.
The next day I went to school and I was the attention for everyone because neither varun nor sudhanshu came to school today, and everyone were talking about me and the girls tried to approach me every now and then, giving hints of attraction like shameless.
I just sat on my desk and passed time. It was until the atmosphere started to get thick, it felt like the air was heavy...not from heat, but like... Something bad was about to happen. Something wrong.

It was like right next to me something was getting rot, almost for months, I wrapped a handkerchief on my nose but it wasn't working either, I was starting to choke on the air until suddenly someone poked on my spine above hips, it wasn't hurtful, but it felt like a sword pierced through my waist, all the way out on the front, I flinched and jumped back and what I saw shocked me to the bottom.
There was no one.. Not a single person... Not behind me... But everywhere... The sky was black, the surrounding was darkened... But no one was around... Everyone.. Humans, birds, cat, ... Even insects... Living thing disappeared except trees.
I looked around frantically, looking for answers, until I heard a howl... Nothing like the normal wolf howl... But a glutteral monstrous howl, for whole 10 minutes, I looked around for the source... Scared enough to sh*t myself in pants, scared that this might be my last day, I've never seen anything like this happen before.. This was like the thing that would happen in fiction. Something not logically possible but was happening to me.
Suddenly everything went back to normal and my smell too got normal.
"Damn... What the hell was that?, felt like I was getting crushed by air."
My breathing was ragged, and I was sweating profusely.
I passed the remaining time by trying to distract myself from whatever just happened, after school I went back to my home, I ignored everyone and went to my room.
It was on the second floor, the door open and there's a bed on the right, right in front of a window, a study table wit dust on it like never been used before, a shelf with books getting dust, he clearly never studies, there was a fan and a air conditioner, a total 4 by 6 room with cozy lighting, and messed up with clothes and trash all around the floor and bed.

I sat on the bed after closing the door and buried my face into my hands, exhausted and scared for some reason.

I fell back on the bed, arms out as tried to distract myself into sleeping.

I slept for almost 2 and a half hour and got woke up by the sound dad calling for some work.
Dad:"adi!... I have to go to the showroom... So you go to your aunt's house and give her the cutlery set."
I groaned in annoyance but still came downstairs, reluctantly and took the cutlery set and went to my aunt's house.
It was a house in a small alley, not so big and absolutely no sunlight was reaching to the door, only on the roof did it get sunlight, inside is was a simple house, blue walls, sofa set in front of the television, shelfs set up for God's and goddesses little statues. There was a agarbatti smoking on a stand in front of it.
I entered the house and called my aunt, then I gave the cutlery set to her and was about to leave but she stopped me for tea or something. I still sneaked out and went back home.
I didn't do it because I don't like them, but because I wasn't feeling right... I felt the urge to pin someone down and take a mouthful of bite from their flesh.
I was scared, I never had a thought like this before, no one in my cast could have a thought like this.
It was until it stopped happening for few months... It was our new semester, and I haven't got anymore of that weird time stop thing happening. But the urges came everyday. The urge to howl, to eat flesh.
Today was just a day out of vacation period, i was on my bed, scrolling through media, there was construction noises all around the place and my dad and grandma were downstairs, dad was checking on what electronics have he sold and what he needs to fill the empty spots and grandma was cutting vegetables...
Dad:"Adi!... Go and get the list from vikas, from the showroom.
I groaned and went out to the showroom.
Adi:"vikas brother.... Dad asked for the list of products in the showroom.
Vikas:"ah.. Yeah here."
I took the list and was on the way back, when suddenly a girl bumped into me.
Adi:"argh!... Watch your ste–.. ps~"

She was so beautiful and she didn't look Indian at all, the long blonde hair, soft puffy lips, white skin, golden yellow eyes.It was hard not to find her beautiful. After they were gone she pulled away and looked around frantically before letting out a sigh of relief.
