Chapter 244 - DOMINION ACROSS THE LAYERS

Kael Veyris had just reunited with Astraeia, the goddess of his first life, in the Outerverse. Power surged through him, his aura stabilizing layer upon layer of fractured reality.

He focused on the first layer a vast, chaotic plane of broken skies and floating islands.

But as he moved to the tenth layer, a ripple of hostility twisted the air. From the void stepped Zar'thak, a demon lord of impossible size and cruelty, commanding his own corrupted realms. His voice boomed:

Zar'thak: Kael Veyris dare you walk in my layer? Attack him! Show him what true fear is .

The skies cracked. Shadows became weapons. Stars blinked unnaturally, bending under Zar'thak's influence.

Kael's expression didn't change. Calm, almost lazy.

Kael (softly): You really shouldn't do that.

In an instant, the distance between them collapsed. Kael moved beyond reaction time, an embodiment of calm authority. He unleashed a pulse of Chaos, Root, and Dragon energy, tearing through Zar'thak's summoned legions with a precision no one could oppose.

Zar'thak's attack hit him directly blade, claw, corruption but Kael didn't dodge. He absorbed it, redirected it, and shattered it.

Kael (voice low, dangerous): "You have two options. Submit or die.

Zar'thak snarled, preparing a second wave of attacks. Kael's eyes glinted gold, purple, and chaos black simultaneously.

With a single gesture, he unmade the attack, reversed the flow of power, and broke Zar'thak beyond recognition. The demon screamed, not in pain, but in the realization of absolute defeat.

Kael: Be under my command or die.

Zar'thak hesitated. Prideful. Foolish. Kael's aura flared. In a blink, the demon was annihilated, every fragment of his corrupted power erased from the tenth layer.

Other entities across the Outerverse paused, whispers of terror spreading:

He moves beyond layers… beyond form… beyond death itself.

Kael exhaled calmly, dusting off his hands metaphorically. He looked to the fragments of the tenth layer, now stabilized under his influence.

Kael (to Astraeia and Virelya): "That's how we handle rebellions.

Virelya's chaos tendrils curled approvingly.

Virelya: "You do make domination look… elegant.

Kael smirked faintly, turning to Astraeia.

Kael: And now the Outerverse remembers who commands it. Those who resist don't live to regret it.

Even across distant layers, gods, demons, and strange beings trembled. Kael Veyris did not merely fight he rewrote the rules of conflict.

The Outerverse had learned something undeniable: he was authority incarnate, beyond death, beyond fear, beyond measure.
