"..." I wake up feeling a hellish pain in my head. I'm lying in a puddle of blood and some black fluid on the floor. I try to get up, but my head feels like it's going to split open.
I'm seeing things that never happened, memories of someone who isn't me, plans I never made, but which happened at some point, and it all makes my head throb and hurt as if it's about to explode.
"H-Hexael... y-you disgusting worm." I look around and see Hexael standing there, perfectly still.
"7 days, 5 hours, 34 minutes, and 37 seconds spent sleeping. I see it took you a while." He speaks, swishing his tail. I put a hand to one of my eyes, which is hurting terribly, and feel blood trickling down from it onto my hand.
