"Holmes approached Seraphina's friend at the Prestige Group event last weekend," he said, when Dylan picked up. "He had her personal details, name and employer and residence, without being given them. And he was outside the building again today. Direct eye contact and deliberate."
"I know about the Prestige Group event," Dylan said. "My investigator flagged it Monday. I was going to brief you this afternoon."
"Brief me now."
"He's building a file on her. Not just watching the building, he has been making discreet inquiries at events she's connected to through your social orbit. He wants information about her specifically." A pause. "The question is whether it's to use against her directly or to use against you through her."
