Suddenly the arm comes down on Seiko hard as she disappears in the dust.
Turbo Granny looks up once more then gets up. ''I'm gonna have to participate in this aren't I''. She says as she walks towards the fight. ''Yer annoying ghosty but I have to admit, yer useful as shit''.
The Oni raises it's arm to see Tick touching Seiko, the two becoming transparent.
Seiko looks at her body. ''Damn right, that was a close one''.
''Oh my! Oh my! Oh my!''. Tick shouts.
The Oni is intrigued and smiles as it raises another hand. ''I sensed you would be a pest!''. It brings it down in another smash.
''Fly us out of here Albert''. Seiko says.
Tick carries Seiko as he flies out of the ceiling.
''Hey don't ya dare leave me here!''. Turbo Granny shouts jumping on to him.
Suddenly outside the whole barn explodes as Tick flies outwards with Seiko and Turbo Granny in hand.
''Oh MY!''. Tick shouts.
''Fly us out of here Albert, I'm not one to run from a fight but I ain't dealing with this''. Seiko says.
The Oni jumps up out of the crater it creates as the head above it opens it's eyes wide and a barrier appears blocking Tick from flying out as they fall to the ground.
''Ugh damn it! Damn it all to hell! A barrier too!?''. Turbo Granny shouts.
''We are...TRAPPED!''. Tick shouts in fear.
''Calm down, he ain't got us just yet''. Seiko replies.
The Oni stabilizers itself as it gets ready to attack again. ''Running is not out of the question, I don't chase my lunch''.
''Merge''. The Oni says.
Suddenly the eyes of the floating head above glow red.
''The hell you talking about!?''. Turbo Granny shouts.
The Oni attacks again but Tick makes Seiko transparent as the attack passes through her and she jumps up, bat in hand as she smacks the Oni straight in the face, the metal on it's body ringing.
''Nessy!''. Seiko shouts
CLANK!
Suddenly Seiko is hit square in the face as she falls down.
''Huh?!". Tick and Turbo Granny shout.
Seiko bleeds in the nose as she gets up. ''Damn it, cheap tricks too!?''.
''AHHH! I knew we were in trouble once we got here! What is that thing!''. Tick shouts.
Turbo granny now takes a good look at it. ''That ain't no normal Oni, that thing on it's head is another yokai''. Turbo granny says as she takes a picture of it.
''What yokai is it!?''. Tick shouts.
''Shut it ghosty! I'm looking it up!''. Turbo granny replies. ''Hmm, it's an Okubi''.
''Okubi huh?''. Seiko says wiping the blood from her nose.
''English please!''. Tick shouts.
''A bodyless type of yokai, that floating head thingy, they have telepathic abilities, the barrier is it's doing''. Seiko explains.
''What are they doing together then!?''. Tick shouts.
''Classic, two weak ass spirits working together to be worthwhile, seen it too many times''. Turbo Granny says.
''Like you and that crab spirit you were hanging with huh?''. Seiko teases.
''Shut it!". Turbo granny shouts.
''Then kill it already!''. Tick shouts.
Seiko sets some seal barriers but the Oni just passes through it, as it's body burns but it is unharmed.
Seiko jumps up hitting the Oni in the ribs. ''Nessie!''.
But suddenly she takes a hit to the ribs.
''Ugh the hell''. She shouts holding her side. ''Don't need to tell me twice, that Oni has the power to reflect attacks, annoying!''.
The Oni strikes back.
''AHHH!''. Tick shouts as he rushes to make Seiko transparent but the Okubi head uses a telepathic wave to smash him back.
Tick manages to catch himself mid-flight. ''AHHH! I'm calling the young master!''. Tick immediately brings his phone as he dials for Togata's number.
''It can touch ya!? So you're damn useless!''. Turbo granny shouts.
Seiko doesn't stop, she puts a seal on her bat as she throws it at the head as it flies at tremendous speed towards the head, but the Oni just grabs the bat breaking it.
''Aim for the damn Okubi Seiko!''. Turbo Granny shouts.
''Why don't you get over here and do it!''. Seiko shouts.
The Oni readies itself as it throws a punch at Seiko. ''De-merge''.
''Shit''. Seiko says as she flies back into the ground injured.
''PICK UP YOUNG MASTER PICK UP!''. Tick shouts.
''Merge''. The Oni says as the eyes of the Okubi glow red.
''Hmm...! Psh, you're technique is predictable bastard, Seiko hurt yourself and you'll be able to hurt it won't you!?''. Turbo Granny says.
''Yeah I figured''. Seiko says as she gets up and breaks her finger.
Suddenly the finger of the Oni clanks, but it doesn't break.
''Ugh! It didn't work you damn bastard, the attack's power is equal so the force it took to break my finger won't break his!''. Seiko shouts.
''So smash your own head in then!''. Turbo Granny shouts.
''With what! My damn bat is broken!''. Seiko shouts.
''De-merge''. The Oni says as the Okubi's eyes glow again and it throws an attack.
Seiko manages to dodge it. ''Damn it, Albert was right, we were in danger! This would be a good time to call for help!''. She shouts at Tick.
''I'm trying!''. Tick shouts.
Meanwhile at school Togata waits outside the school with the others except Kinta, Vamola and Okarun.
''Ugh where are they!?''. Aira asks.
''They're in class just hold yer horses''. Momo replies.
Jiji neighs like a horse. ''How can we when you've got a lead on Okarun's golden child!''.
''Jiji don't say it like that''. Togata replies as his phone rings.
It's Tick calling, Togata is stunned.
''Who's calling you?''. Momo asks.
''It's Tick''. Togata says as he is about to pick it.
''Your hair''. Aira points out as it begins to turn white.
Suddenly Death appears as the area becomes cold and they see him walking towards them.
''The hell! Death!?''. Aira shouts.
''Who the hell is Death, that's Tick isn't it? Togata call off your Tick power thingy''. Momo says.
''That is not Tick''. Togata says.
Death walks up to them as he stares at Togata no grin.
''Don't''. Death says.
Togata's breath shudders.
Aira looks at Death, then at Togata and deduces the situation. ''Togata pick the damn phone!''.
Togata accepts the call and screams on the other line.
''YOUNG MASTER WE NEED ASSISTANCE, MISS SEIKO IS IN TROUBLE!''. Tick shouts.
Togata stares unmoving.
''Miss Seiko?''. Jiji and Aira say.
''My grandma!? What the hell is going on!?''. Momo shouts.
''Do not, go, if you do, this must happen''. Death says.
Togata ignores him and looks at Momo. ''Momo something bad is happening right now and I don't have time to explain, you're grandma is in trouble and we have to go save her now!''.
Togata turns to the phone. ''Tick! Where are you!?''.
''Where are we!''. Tick shouts over the phone.
''Kusakabe central farm!''. Seiko shouts back over the phone.
''Huh?! How are we gonna get there!?''. Aira shouts.
Togata looks around his thoughts crowded as he still sees Death in front of them.
''Togata you're not gonna listen to this bastard are you?!''. Aira shouts.
Togata doesn't reply but just stares.
''Hey! If my grandma is in trouble and we can do something to help we have to hear me!''. Momo shouts.
Togata snaps out of it as he shouts at Death. ''Get lost!''.
Death suddenly disappears.
''So is my grandma in trouble what's going on!?''. Momo shouts.
''A lot!''. Aira replies as she turns to Togata. ''How are we going to get there!?''.
Togata closes his eyes thinking for a bit.
''We need to get somewhere quick? Then Okarun would be the best choice he's crazy fast''. Jiji says.
''He's in class!''. Aira reminds.
Togata opens his eyes as he transforms into Death mode.
''Those clothes again what the hell is this!''. Momo shouts.
''Ticky, on my way, turn on ya GPS location''. Togata says as he hangs up.
Tick shouts back. ''HURRY YOUNG MAS...''.
''Yo Jiji, Imma need you to shoot me with your evil gun''. Togata says.
''Huh!?''. Everyone asks.
''Not the blast bro, just need the air, do it now!''. Togata says turning towards him cloak spread out.
''Is that even possible!?''. Aira asks.
''I guess if you just create the gun but force the spiritual energy into the air maybe?!''. Momo says.
''I don't know how to do that!''. Jiji shouts.
''C'mon I know you got it, you're a prodigy remember!''. Togata says staring him down. ''Now do it!''. He says as he hands Aira the phone.
''When I get there come with Okarun and the others and follow, we'll need all the help we can get''. Togata says.
Jiji readies himself as he puts his hands in a firing position. ''I'm sorry if I kill you Togataa! Evil Gun!''.
Suddenly a gust of air bursts out carrying Togata into the sky very quickly as he turns and faces a direction.
''10x!''. He shouts as he bursts forward.
Elsewhere Seiko is stuck on defense dodging as much as she can.
''Where the hell is the kid!''. Turbo Granny shouts dodging attacks as well.
''The young master must be on his way!''. Tick shouts.
Seiko gets hit by an attack as she falls to the ground. Tick rushes forward to help but is restricted again by the Okubi above as the barrier seems to fall.
''Weak piece of shit can only use his power once at a time''. Turbo Granny comments.
Seiko sits on the ground as the Oni readies another smash headed towards her.
It smashes her into the ground creating a crater as she lies injured.
''Seiko!''. Tick and Turbo Granny shout.
The Oni picks her up and begins to put her in his mouth. ''You fought well, working makes a meal sweeter after all.
Suddenly they hear what sounds like a sonic boom as Togata flies towards the Oni grabbing Seiko and landing on the ground, scythe in hand.
The Oni's hand falls off as it looks at the two.
''YOUNG MASTER YOU CAME!''. Tick shouts.
''G-ma? Ya good?''. Togata asks.
Seiko looks up at Togata and sighs. ''Just in time kid''.
''Although we're not done yet''. She says as she gets up
