Roc, Uri, Xeno, and Visha sat in the square. Roc had his hand folded behind his back. He was waiting for one of the leaders to begin peaking.
"We've decided to help you go to the Ram to get your partners," Xeno said.
Roc visibly deflated. He let out a breath audible to everyone standing there.
"Did you think we would say no?" Visha asked.
Without preamble, Roc replied. "It had crossed my mind. I know that we weren't the most hospitable when we first came. And although we have become a part of the pack, it is hard to know what you might be thinking."
"As long as you treat the pack and the caldera as your home, we have no reason to refuse reasonable requests," Uri answered.
Visha watches Roc visibly relax. She had to admit, it was fun to see him squirm. Especially when she remembered the issue he caused during the pack bond. Though she did not hold it against him.
