"This day is finally here,"
Jack says while standing on the rooftop of his school.
"What are you doing here, Jack?"
Hakju asks as he puts his hand on Jack's shoulder. He has a strong grip, even when he isn't using his full strength.
"O–oh… you scared me, man. I was just thinking about something…"
Jack answers.
"What are you thinking about then?"
Hakju asks, interested.
"Remember that God Dog guy?"
"Yes,"
Hakju says, raising an eyebrow.
"What about him?"
"I have some news that… he's going to have some trouble."
Jack whispers, then walks away.
Jack is observing the moment when Johan gives Daniel the Join request.
He doesn't intervene...he just watches from the shadows (even though it's daytime).
A moment later, a funny scene happens: Vin Jin and Logan start fighting each other.
Then Vasco attacks Johan.
Johan is about to finish a student from Breda with a punch, but Daniel catches his hand and says:
"I pass."
Johan is shocked.
Everything follows canon (chapter 209).
Then the Burn Knuckles arrive.
And that's where it ends.
The Copy Genius easily beats Logan, Vin, Vasco, and Daniel. He says:
"Wipe them out-"
But Jin Jang strikes his head with a metal jolt. Rain starts pouring down, washing the blood from Johan's head while all the God Dog members take off their merch.
Jin Jang says to Johan:
"Your only weakness is that you care only about yourself."
He adds:
"You're a boxer, right?"
Then Jin Jang gives the order:
"Smash his hands."
But Johan has had enough. He stands up, sending the old God Dog members flying.
(Jin Jang's shocked face is peak, for real.)
Johan says:
"Now I see things clearly. Jin, you just had to use those fake bank accounts, didn't you?"
He continues:
"I can still fix this. Since I'm still here, I'll just… destroy God Dog.
And Burn Knuckles. And make a new crew."
He finishes speaking and starts beating up the entire old God Dog.
But something unexpected happens…
The Shiro Oni Gun Park arrives.
"Johan Seong, you're disqualified."
Johan imagines fixing his mother's eyes… and the dream shatters.
He collapses.
But that dream pushes him to overcome.
