Carabella widened her eyes at the figure of the man who had always been so stiff in everyone's eyes, willing himself to traverse the weed-filled field just to search for a clover leaf that was impossible to find in the real world. Even though an hour had passed since Jefferson had searched for clover leaves in the weedy field, Jefferson still seemed untiring and increasingly enthusiastic about pulling weeds in the middle of the field.
Carabella began to worry about her friend's physical condition. If her friend became exhausted because of her, she would be tortured by her father and scolded by Alexander. Therefore, she wanted to stop Jefferson, whose behavior was becoming excessive.
She briefly bought two cans of soda for Jefferson. Then she ran to the weedy area and handed him the cans.
"Jeff, you should drink first."
