Yuki dropped down onto a worker, pointing her gun directly in the face of him and blowing his head wide open with a sharp evisceration, his brains spilling all over the wall. Blood was not shed due to the mana caughterizing the wound upon impact, so his mind floated. She quickly and quietly dashed left and right picking off any remaining workers.
"Phew… not too bad now huh…"
"Right…"
Tengoku dropped down, stepping over the soldiers.
"We've set off no alarms but i'm sure they can sense the mana in the vicinity. We've got maybe 10 seconds before someone starts making their way down here to deal with us."
"Fine with me, let's blast towards that energy while we have a chance then. If we get Cynil out of here I'll give you a kiss too!"
Tengoku immediately went red and was enamored, almost blasted with an energy shot.
"Alright! Let's go!"
Tengoku moved around the dead soldiers and ran through the doors as they continued through the hallways.
Yuki ran up to the door that barred the energy, she watched the door closely and a had a cold sweat go down her back, she knew there was a serious energy behind this door.
"D-Damn…"
"Well be alright. I can sense Cynil close by as well. We're reaching her direct location. Stay focused."
A figure stood close by. She watched the two dance down the hallway, an annoyance in her posture and demeanor. There was no chance two kids had destroyed their army.
Really? Thats the strength of our nation?
It was pathetic to her. She reached out, mana gathering in her hands as her fists balled into tiny signs of anger.
She sent a mana blast that flew with precision, elegance, power. What her country was forgetting. They were completely losing their composure.
The test was almost complete.
Her eyes glowed as they shined a neon bright, she aimed to clean one of their heads off of their body.
Yuki's eyes caught the blast and her Zenin instincts caused her to dodge low, yelling out to Tengoku behind her.
"Tengoku! Dodge Now!!!"
Tengoku volleyed the blast and moved it off his arms, as if they were still in the game, the blast hit the ceiling causing it to dent inward, ripping and tearing into the metal facility on the ceiling.
"They spotted us so be weary! This won't be an easy fight!"
She brought her blasters forward and began shooting towards the direction the blast came in from.
The woman, or rather creature ran on the ceiling dodging the blasts and defying gravity itself, she sent two more blasts toward Yuki.
Tengoku acted as a shield for Yuki as he blocked the blasts canceling them out with his Tokubetsu.
"Alright..let's see how well we work together!"
Yuki slid under Tengoku firing shots at the creature as he deflected the blasts and canceled them out, firing off her own powerful mana blasts that clashed with the creatures
The Tomura pounced from the ceiling on to Yuki and started clawing at her, refusing to partake in a battle of accuracy and distance. She immediately closed it, and started ripping away at Yuki, ripping up her clothes and trying to slice open her skin in the process. Tengoku moved as Tomura started rolling around, attached to Yuki.
Yuki rolled around with Tomura on top of her, her suit repairing as it was slashed, a part of her technologically advanced assassin suit, she summoned a knife from her sleeve and slashed at Tomura's face quickly.
Tomura was stabbed in the face a few times before she grabbed the knife with her razor teeth. She grabbed Yuki by the throat and bit into her skin, before Tengoku spun around and kicked the monster off of Yuki.
A piece of flesh from Yuki's throat was taken from her throat as Tomura was kicked off of her, she held her hand over the open wound and quickly stood up, pulling her blaster out and aiming for a shot to The Tomura's legs, One…Two..Three. Bolts shot off towards Tomura.
The Tomura screamed as her legs were impaled. Tengoku quickly swiped the knife from Yuki and jumped and stabbed the womanly beast through her chest, her blood splattering before stepping back. Tomura twitched a few times before her movements stopped. He looked at Yuki.
"Y-Yuki! Are you alright?"
He ran over to her to check on any wounds she had, tending toward her quickly.
"Here."
Tengoku happened to always wear a scarf over his garments, he carefully wrapped it around the wound, stopping the bleeding.
"Fucking beast.."
Yuki was breathing heavily from exhaustion, another scar to add to the list for herself was all she thought about.
"Yeah… and thanks, that damned thing… if they're making things like that then there's gotta be worse where Cynil is."
He finished wrapping the scarf around her as he stood up.
"We've gotta keep going. I mean, what even was that? They're creating humanoid beasts…Humans… Slowly they become more evil despite the peace."
"We have to find Cynil… I'm not leaving till we do and we ain't dying here Tengoku!"
She pat his hand thanking him in the process before charging forward more carefully now than before.
Foot soldiers rushed the halls as they continued to move, bullets flying everywhere as the Two were sprayed down with hellfire. The soldiers did not just aim to kill the two, but to completely dismantle and destroy the two, ripping them to shreds.
Tengoku continued to act as the shield for Yuki, using his ability to not only stop Mana attacks but to stop the bullets themselves. He grit his teeth, and thought about if he was going to make it out of here in the first place considering the amount of soldiers they would have to run through, and he knew his ability was solid. Tengoku pushed on ripping through the soldiers with his bare hands as his Aura took the shape of a White Hawk, pillaging through the hallways as blood spilled left and right, leaking past their feet as if someone had spilled wine at a dinner table.
Yuki would dance along with Tengoku, firing mana bolts left and right, knocking down and killing multiple soldiers alongside Tengoku, laughing as they did so. More of the same creatures, The Tomura Fischer started to run out as they slashed and clawed at Yuki and Tengoku, Tengoku getting into a struggle with the two.
The soul resonance which Kasaru had cast during the volley ball game had lingered, he was able to sense something which made his gut feel uneasy, he ventured out into the plains on a push-bike, crows following behind him as the wind blew against him. He ran into the facility, not questioning what may be inside as he came across Yuki and Tengoku fighting, without a second thought he leaped in and winded his arm back, it was enveloped in black feathers as he hit the floor, sending out a wave of his blood around him which dispersed the creatures. He looked back at the pair, panting a little with most of his skin covered by those sickly black feathers, some slowly disappearing.
"Sorry. I should've told you my essence lingers in the bodies I link too, what the fuck is going on here?"
He recomposed himself as the feathers disappeared fully, remaining combat stanced.
Yuki sliced the throat of one of the creatures and turned her head looking at Kasaru before answering quickly.
"Kasaru! Ha!"
She smiled. She knew backup was on the way, whether for good or for worse.
"Follow us to the main room… Cynil has to be in there!"
"Huh..looks like you didn't need me. One of your guys showed up anyways.."
Tengoku continued to maul through the Tomura beasts with his mana, they almost immediately died to his attacks considering his Tokubetsu, and what they were made of.
"That other chick is close too just to let you know Yuki.."
"The one we saw earlier? We got two more people now… or one, I don't know where the other guy is to be honest with you."
"Probably handling his own battles. I imagine watching the entrance to both ways in isn't easy."
Kasaru followed behind, helping where he could while trying to make sure he didn't overuse his ability, it had seemed since the volleyball game his potential had increased dramatically. At least, in Tengoku's eyes.
"Right. The blonde one. She'll soon appear I feel her energy approaching."
Tengoku continued to move through the halls.
"The first encounter we had with her was a test on both ends. She wanted to see what we were capable of, and we needed to see if she was who we were looking for. This second battle will not be so light. It's life or death against her."
