Profile: Minato Namikaze's teammate along with Dakui under Jiraiya during the Third War. While Minato was the "Blade" (Flash), Habaki was the "Collar" (Habaki) that kept the team secure. He specialized in stalling tactics, famously buying "three seconds" against an S-Rank threat to allow civilians to escape.
Current Status: His legacy is currently a "Clearance Bin" trading card worth 0.2 Ryo.
Name Trivia: He is named after a "Habaki" which is the metal collar mounted at the base of a sword blade. It locks the sword into the scabbard and prevents it from falling out. His turtleneck literally "locks" his face/voice away, just as a habaki locks a sword.Habaki are made of metal (brass, copper, iron), fitting his armored aesthetic (larger forehead protector, flak jacket, arm guards, high collar protecting neck).
