"Wh...what happened to me?" Nero, a young man with greyish-white hair, neon-pink eyes, pale skin, and a thin yet slightly toned build, spoke as he slowly awoke.
Holding his head in agony, Nero attempted to focus, but his vision was blurred and his body felt extremely weak.
"breath...breath...calm down," Nero whispered to himself as he gave his eyes time to adjust and the pain in his head to subside.
With a few minutes of calming breathing, Nero was able to see again and thought it was not all gone. The pain that filled his head had gone down a considerable amount.
Taking in his surroundings for the first time, he found himself in an open clearing that seemed to stretch forever. The only other things around were what appeared to be a forest in the distance and a coast with a town.
"Just where am I? And how did I get here?" Nero asked himself, and he stood up and began walking towards the town.
"Alright, think back...I was walking to the store to run some errands for my mother... then... then...I can't remember...it just goes blank," Nero sighed, unable to recall what he was doing.
"Even though I can't remember what happened, the most troubling thing is how I got here. There are no large bodies of water where I live for hours upon hours," Nero said, the confusion about his situation growing.
