Bai Shui had to go all in on whatever surviving magic she had within her that was yet to be corrupted by the karmic poisoning. She released a magical blast powerful enough to throw both her and the Black Dragon determined to bring her to her ruin several feet apart.
Bai Shui ended up crashing inside the still pool, causing a bloodied mess of the place with her multiple injuries. The Black Dragon, who was slightly caught off guard by her will to live, only stumbled back, his left hand resting on the right side of his chest as some of the priceless pins adorning his head loosened to reveal more of his luscious strands that sparkled like midnight.
His eyes narrowed on the pond briefly before following the cowardly retreating figure of his nemesis that swore to bring him to his knees one day. She was running hopeless towards the exit of this place, gasping fervently as if being chased by a psychotic monster as her wet dress and body left a bloodied wet trail behind her.
