Xueyao rolled once more on the bed, placing her hand on her stomach as she curled in a fetus position when her stomach growled for the upteenth time she was awake. She hissed when it growled loudly again this time before choosing to open her eyes and sigh deeply.
This was really miserable.
She thought. She brought Er Shui to her room and laid the divine mantra on her bed while she collapsed and fell asleep on the floor due to exhaustion, without her having to eat anything last night.
How did she wake up in her bed…?
Xueyao moved her hands to feel the space of the bed beside her and found it empty.
And where the hell that divine mantra was this early in the morning was something she didn't want to deal with on an empty stomach.
