I was all set to go back home, it's literally 10pm and while I was about to change new case arrived. I rush to the patient bed and find naten who is half conscious. He calls me miss brainy. Can't figure out what he said..
'What?'
'You didn't tell me your name and you studying two subject which concludes that you are a brainy so, hi brainy!'
I roll my eyes and ignore him
'Did you just roll your eyes on me'
'Why?, can't I? Mr.womanizer'
'Whoa, I think she got u a perfect name bruh'-Noah(team mate of naten)
After X ray's he is diagnosed with minor leg fracture. His coach is pissed with him as he can't play upcoming games. Dr. Suggested for 1 month complete rest and a physiotherapy.
They were talking about a physiotherapist then
Dr. Wang ' Actually, Eda has had three month physio training she might be helpful for this and she is a nurse too so..'
'Huh, me nonono definitely not me. I'm a nurse and physio is not something I'm related to. So, not me you can find someone who is experienced in it.'
'You might not be experienced in physio but he definitely need to have a nurse by his side for at least for a month and you knowing physio will be a bonus point so could you agree?'(naten's coach)
'Ya! I choose you' -naten
'You choose me but I deny, I barely manage my nursing and uni. It's impossible for me to schedule time. So, no I'm sorry but I need to leave. Get well soon.'
I was so frustrated like who in the world is he to choose me. I will do the work that I want to. I'm a nurse but surly not wanting to be someone's personal caretaker. Ufff, now where is my bike.
'Hi mamma!'
'It's late, where were you? You said you left from Hospital at 10 and it's 12:30 now.'
'There was an emergency case so had to stay a bit longer. I'm Hungry is there anything left mom. Woahh! Alu ko achar (potato salad), chicken gravy was there a party without me or what?'
'I told you about my friend priya who just settled here. It had been ages since we met so I had invited her family for dinner'
I had totally forgotten about that and I know I'm going to be scolded.
'I'm sorry, I will meet her next time. The day was hectic so going. Goodnight, love you' I rush to my room quickly.
Today's day really was something. A lot of things happened. Naten is still in my mind. I can't still figure out if he is a nice guy or the flirty guy who pretends to be good and him trying to make me do what he wants still makes me mad. I chose not to work with him because working with people like them with so much fame, they might not be good as they pretend outside and I definitely can't do anything out of my comfort zone. I love what I'm doing now hospital, uni, home that's it.
'Ya! I'm not working with him and that's final'
'Edaaa! Edaaa! Wake up you lazy ass your phone is ringing from past 5 minutes.
'Hello!'
'Finally, you pick up the call. You are really testing my patience right.
I suddenly wake up, all my body wakes up at once. It's naten. How the hell did he even get my number.
'Okay! Come down I'm outside your house and will be waiting for 5 minutes or else..'
'Or else what? You have no rights to command me.'
'Okay, then I'm coming inside. I'll meet your parents too and tell them you are dating me'.
What did he even said. This guy is really getting in my nerves at this point. I kind of thought he is a good man but I was completely wrong about him. Everything I heard about him is true. It's going to be a huge mess if he comes in. God help me with this creature..
'Have you lost your mind ? I'm never coming'
'Then I'm entering brainy. On top of that you know my leg is injured. You're making your patient walk?'
'Okay! Stop I'll be there in 5 and you are not my patient '
'2 minutes'
I don't know what he is up to. My morning has turned out so irritating, don't know how the rest of the day is going to be.
'What is it? What do you want?'
'Let's talk somewhere else not here'
'No, if you want to talk to me you need to speak right here. I'm not going anywhere'

'You still want to talk here?'
Going with him is like doing what he wants but at this point I have no other choice.
'Where are we going?'
'To breakfast'.
I can tell by his fake smile that he is up to something. Why am I even in his car. I can't figure out all of a sudden from a normal life to landing into a famous player's car. What am I doing.
We get into a cafe, it looks fancy.
'What would you like to have? It's famous for organic coffee. You might like it.'
'So sorry, Mr detective you found my address, my number but couldn't find that I'm allergic to caffeine. I thought you know everything about me at this point'
'I searched for your address because I needed your help not because I like you. So, why would I investigate about other stuffs. Let's get to the point. I want you to work for 1 month and I'll pay you as much as you want.'
'Do not show me your money. You can't buy me. There are a lot of nurse who are more experienced than me. Why me?'
'It's because my coach heard everything that the doctor said that day and he wants you to be my physiotherapist. He says I need to convince you to be my therapist otherwise I will be cancelled for upcoming game too'.
'So, why is that my problem. I'm not convinced'.
'Hello! Miss Eda'
Okay now why is his coach here from nowhere.
'Hi'
'It's just that I think you know about his case and you are experienced in this field. If you weren't that experienced they wouldn't let you go even in the stadium during matches. So I suggest you to work with us this one time. It'll be a great help'.
Ugg! Why was I even in hospital after my shift ended. I don't know what am I suppose to do now. Working as a personal therapist being a nurse is never what I wanted but I couldn't deny him.
'Okay fine I'll join from tomorrow.'
'At what time?'(naten)
'Exactly at 9' (I sharpen my voice)
As I was leaving he opens the door all of a sudden and my heart start beating fast. I look back, my head shoved into his chest. For a second i forgot my mind was boiling a second ago.'
