[6/1 (Sunday) - Midnight]
He was abruptly awakened by the sound of his Scroll ringing. Groggily, he reached out to the bedside stand and picked it up.
"Hello, Wanderer. This is Mary."
Mary? He sat up from his bed.
Since when did she have a Scroll number? How did she even get a Scroll to begin with?
"Seeing as the weekends are approaching in approximately 20 minutes, would you like to visit the Velvet Room for my request that we spoke of previously? Master Igor will be occupied with other matters, so the room will be available for our accommodation."
"I shall await your answer via call when you awake in the morning. Until then."
With that, she ended the call before he could even muster a response.
Clerval stared at the screen for a moment in silence before letting out a tired sigh, lowering the Scroll back toward its stand.
The moment he did, it buzzed again. Then again. Then once more.

Staring at the growing list of notifications, Clerval exhaled slowly.
He had a sudden feeling that his bond with all of them would grow stronger soon... if he spent the afternoon with them tomorrow.
The question was, who to accompany...
He set the Scroll aside, turned over, and closed his eyes.
Whatever this was, Future Clerval could deal with it in the morning.
