Chapter Twenty-six— Good girl
The week passed slowly and peacefully, albeit with the thought of something suddenly happening clawing on everybody's mind.
There had been no alerts, no sign of the CCTV camera being hacked again, no sign of any shadow outside the gate
Nothing.
As if the intruder had simply… vanished.
Like the intruder had simply, stopped wanting to torment them, which was a good sign amidst all the panicked so far.
