A new battle was about to erupt.
Hu Yulun gripped his sword tightly, his eyes burning like torches, staring fixedly at the mysterious shadows in front of him. "No matter who you are, you won't take what's ours!" His voice was firm and powerful, radiating an undeniable determination.
Isabella sidestepped slightly, holding her short sword in front of her chest, her beautiful face now filled with caution. "Hmph, come at us if you dare!" She bit her lip lightly, her eyes full of challenge.
Aiden stepped forward, his greatsword dragging on the ground, leaving a deep mark. "Want to steal? Ask my greatsword first if it agrees!" He roared, the muscles on his face twitching slightly with anger.
Merlin raised his magic staff, the tip of the staff shimmering with a mysterious light. "Evil will never triumph over righteousness!" His voice was calm and full of power.
The shadows did not respond, but silently dispersed, forming a circle around them, slowly closing in on Hu Yulun and the others.
Hu Yulun launched the first attack, his form like lightning, his sword like a meteor, thrusting directly at the leading shadow. The shadow sidestepped, countering with a backhand strike, its movements as fast as a ghost.
Isabella seized the opportunity and attacked from the side, her short sword like a venomous snake spitting out its tongue, stabbing at the shadow's vital point. The shadow was forced to divert its attention, revealing a flaw.
Aiden seized the opportunity, raising his greatsword high and bringing it down with the force of a thunderbolt. "Eat this!" he roared.
The shadow figure hastily retreated, but was still grazed by the sword's energy.
"Damn it!" the shadow leader roared, "Attack together!"
In an instant, the shadow figures launched their attacks, unleashing various Dark Magic towards Hu Yulun and the others.
Hu Yulun dodged left and right, his sword dancing in his hands, creating an impenetrable defense. "Be careful, everyone!" he shouted, warning his companions.
Isabella moved with agility, weaving between the shadows, each strike precise and deadly.
Aiden, relying on his powerful strength, forcefully withstood the attacks of the shadows. "Come on! I'm not afraid of you!" Multiple wounds had already appeared on his body, but his fighting spirit grew even stronger.
Merlin continuously cast spells, providing support and protection for his companions. "Hold on, everyone!" Sweat covered his forehead, but his eyes remained resolute.
The battle had reached a fever pitch, with Hu Yulun and the others slowly gaining the upper hand.
"Push harder, we can win!" Hu Yulun shouted.
Just then, the shadow leader suddenly let out an eerie laugh, "You think you can win like this? Too naive!"
He clasped his hands together, muttering incantations. A powerful Dark Forbidden Technique erupted from him.
"Not good!" Merlin's expression changed drastically, "This is the Dark Forbidden Technique!"
Hu Yulun's eyes narrowed, "No matter what it is, we can't back down!"
The four of them stood together again, gathering their strength in one place.
Light and darkness collided, and the entire Temple trembled violently.
Hu Yulun gritted his teeth, every muscle in his body taut. "I have to hold it!"
Isabella's face was pale, but her eyes were filled with unwavering resolve.
Aiden let out a final roar, pouring all his strength into the attack.
Merlin cast his magic with all his might, the light from his staff blinding.
Finally, the dark power was gradually suppressed, and the shadow leader let out a scream, "No! This isn't possible!"
As the dark power dissipated, the shadows also vanished.
Hu Yulun and the others collapsed to the ground, exhausted, gasping for breath.
"We... we won..." Isabella said weakly.
Hu Yulun had a satisfied smile. "Yes, we won."
\n\n
They rested for a while and then left the Temple with the Ancient Scroll.
\n\n
Back in town, they began to study the contents of the Ancient Scroll.
\n\n
"It seems to describe a powerful magic ritual," Merlin said.
\n\n
Hu Yulun frowned. "But it looks dangerous."
\n\n
Aiden patted his chest. "What's there to be afraid of? We've been through so much, are we scared of this?"
\n\n
Isabella, however, was a bit worried. "It's best to be careful."
\n\n
Just as they were discussing, a mysterious visitor arrived before them.
"The Ancient Scroll in your hands will bring disaster to the Continent," the visitor said.
Hu Yulun and the others were startled. "Who are you? Why do you say that?"
The visitor sighed. "It's a forbidden magic, sealed away. If it's misused, the consequences will be unimaginable."
Hu Yulun fell into deep thought. "Then what should we do?"
The visitor glanced at them. "Only by resealing the Ancient Scroll can you prevent the disaster from happening."
Hu Yulun and the others exchanged glances and nodded. "Alright, we know what to do."
And so, they embarked on a new journey, searching for a way to seal the Ancient Scroll...
And so, they embarked on a new journey, searching for a way to seal the Ancient Scroll.
一路上, Hu Yulun and the others pressed on relentlessly, braving the elements. Hu Yulun's face was etched with determination. He often gripped his sword hilt, his gaze fixed firmly ahead. "No matter how difficult it gets, we must find a way to seal it."
Isabella's eyes showed a hint of weariness, but more than that, they radiated resolve. "Yes, we will definitely succeed."
Aiden, shouldering his greatsword, walked with a heavy but powerful gait. "Haha, this little bit of hardship is nothing!"
Merlin, meanwhile, was silently pondering, his magic staff clutched tightly in his hand.
They arrived at an ancient village, hoping to find some clues. The villagers, upon seeing them, were filled with curiosity and wariness.
"Excuse me, do you know how to seal an Ancient Scroll?" Hu Yulun asked politely.
An old man emerged, sizing them up. "Sealing the Ancient Scroll? That's no easy task."
Hu Yulun quickly said, "Old man, please, offer us some guidance."
The old man was silent for a moment, then slowly said, "Deep in the distant mountains, there is a mysterious Ruins, rumored to hold a sealed secret."
Hu Yulun and the others thanked the old man and immediately set off towards the mountains.
The mountain path was rugged and difficult to navigate, overgrown with thorns. Aiden swung his greatsword, hacking away at the obstructing thorns. "This path is really tough!"
Isabella accidentally tripped over a stone, and Hu Yulun quickly helped her up. "Be careful."
Finally, they arrived in front of the Ruins. The Ruins's gate was closed, and a mysterious aura permeated the area.
Hu Yulun took a deep breath. "Get ready, we're going in."
They pushed open the gate. Inside, it was dark and damp, filled with a smell of decay.
"This place is creepy," Isabella shivered slightly.
Suddenly, a swarm of enormous bats swooped towards them.
"Watch out!" Hu Yulun swung his sword, driving the bats away.
Isabella nimbly dodged, "Ah!" A bat scratched her arm.
Aiden roared in anger, "Damn bats!"
Merlin cast a spell, and a flash of light dispersed the bats.
They pressed on and discovered an ancient stone tablet in a hidden chamber.
"Perhaps this has the information we need," Merlin said.
Hu Yulun examined the stone tablet, which was covered in strange symbols and patterns.
"What does this mean?" Aiden scratched his head.
Just then, a low roar echoed from the Ruins.
"Damn it, something's coming!" Hu Yulun gripped his sword tightly.
A huge Monster charged out of the darkness, its eyes blood-red, its fangs sharp.
Unfazed, Hu Yulun met the Monster head-on, "Come on!"
Isabella and Aiden quickly joined the fight.
The Monster's attacks were ferocious, and Hu Yulun and the others gradually fell into a difficult situation.
"This isn't going to work!" Hu Yulun was anxious.
Merlin suddenly thought of something, "I understand, the symbols on the stone tablet are the key to the seal!"
Hu Yulun was overjoyed, "Then let's quickly act according to the instructions of the symbols!"
They fought the Monster while arranging the Magic Circle according to the symbols on the stone tablet.
Finally, the Magic Circle was completed, radiating light.
The Monster was enveloped in the light, struggling in pain.
"We did it!" Aiden shouted excitedly.
With the disappearance of the Monster, they also found a way to seal the Ancient Scroll.
However, just as they were preparing to leave the Ruins, a new crisis emerged...
A violent tremor shook the air, and the entire Ruins began to collapse. Stones fell constantly from above, and huge cracks appeared in the ground.
"It's bad, this place is going to collapse!" Hu Yulun shouted, his eyes filled with panic.
Isabella grabbed Hu Yulun's arm tightly, her voice trembling, "What should we do?"
Aiden widened his eyes, waving his greatsword to try and block the falling stones, "Don't panic, there must be a way out!"
Merlin anxiously looked around, "Follow me, I feel a current of air, it might be the exit!"
They ran desperately in the chaos. Hu Yulun ran while using his sword to clear the obstacles ahead, "Hurry, don't fall behind!"
Isabella's footsteps were a little unsteady. Hu Yulun pulled her, "Hold on, Isabella!"
Suddenly, a huge stone was about to crash down on them.
"Watch out!" Aiden roared, rushing forward to block the falling stone with his greatsword.
"Go!" His face was flushed, he was using all his strength.
Hu Yulun and Isabella seized the opportunity to run past, Merlin urging them on ahead, "Hurry, we're almost there!"
Finally, they saw a glimmer of light, the exit of the Ruins.
"Get out!" Hu Yulun shouted.
One after another, they escaped from the Ruins, a loud crash echoing behind them as the Ruins completely collapsed.
"That was close!" Isabella slumped to the ground, panting heavily.
Hu Yulun was also too tired to straighten his back, "We finally got out."
Aiden put down his greatsword and sat down on the ground with a thump, "Almost got buried in there."
Merlin looked at the collapsed Ruins, still shaken. "But we finally found a way to seal it."
After a short rest, they continued on.
A few days later, they arrived at a mysterious town. The people in the town all looked at them with strange eyes.
"It feels weird here," Isabella said quietly.
Hu Yulun cautiously observed his surroundings. "Be careful, there might be danger."
They entered an inn, preparing to ask around for information.
The innkeeper looked at them, his eyes flickering. "What are you doing here?"
Hu Yulun explained his intentions, and the boss's expression changed. "The Ancient Scroll? That's not something you should be messing with!"
Hu Yulun frowned. "Why?"
The boss lowered his voice. "There's a Dark Organization in this area, and they've been searching for that Ancient Scroll. If they find out you know how to seal it, you'll be in trouble."
Hu Yulun and the others exchanged glances, their hearts filled with wariness.
Just then, a group of men in black burst into the inn.
"It's them! Get them!"
Hu Yulun drew his sword, facing them. "Don't be afraid, everyone!"
Isabella and Aiden also quickly prepared for battle, while Merlin cast a spell from the back.
A fierce battle erupted once more.
Hu Yulun's sword moved like a dragon emerging from the sea, each strike carrying a sharp momentum.
Isabella was agile, weaving through the enemies, her short sword frequently hitting vital points.
Aiden swung his greatsword with the force of a tiger, pushing back the enemies one by one.
Merlin's magic shone brightly, causing considerable trouble for the enemies.
But the enemies kept coming, and they gradually fell into a difficult situation.
This won't work! Hu Yulun was anxious.
Just then, Isabella spotted the enemy leader.
"Attack him!" Isabella shouted.
Hu Yulun and Aiden immediately charged towards the leader.
Seeing this, the leader wanted to escape.
Merlin cast a binding spell, immobilizing the leader.
Hu Yulun's sword pierced the leader, and the enemy's formation immediately crumbled.
"Charge!" Aiden shouted loudly.
They took the opportunity to defeat all the enemies.
"Finally done," Hu Yulun sighed in relief.
They left the town and continued their search for the place where the Ancient Scroll was sealed.
After a long journey, they arrived at an ancient Castle.
The Castle's gates were tightly shut, and a mysterious mist permeated the surroundings.
"Is this the place of the seal?" Isabella asked.
Hu Yulun walked forward and gently pushed the gate, "It should be."
The gate slowly opened, and a powerful force surged forth.
"Watch out!" Merlin shouted.
They entered the Castle, and it was pitch black inside.
Suddenly, countless Ghosts appeared before them.
"What… what is this?" Aiden was somewhat terrified.
Hu Yulun took a deep breath, "Don't be afraid, we can defeat them!"
They engaged in a fierce battle with the Ghosts…
Those Ghosts emitted a sinister glow in the darkness, drifting erratically, making people's hair stand on end. Hu Yulun gripped his Greatsword tightly, the veins on his arm bulging, "Come on, you evil things!" he roared, charging towards the Ghost group first.
Isabella's eyes were firm and brave; she followed closely behind Hu Yulun, the Shortsword in her hand flashing with cold light, "You won't succeed!" she cried out, stabbing at a nearby Ghost.
Aiden's eyes widened, his face a mask of fury and determination. "I'll wipe you all out!" He swung his Greatsword, each strike whipping up a gust of wind.
Merlin muttered an incantation, the tip of his Magic Staff emitting a brilliant light, attempting to dispel the Ghosts. "Light will always triumph over darkness!" Sweat beaded on his forehead, his expression tense and focused.
The Ghosts let out shrill cries, continuously lunging at them. Hu Yulun slashed left and right, his sword leaving trails of light in the air. "Come at me if you dare!" he roared, his eyes blazing with anger.
Taking advantage of the situation, a Ghost attempted to ambush Hu Yulun from behind. Isabella reacted swiftly, "Hu Yulun, watch out!" She dashed forward, using her Shortsword to deflect the Ghost's attack.
Aiden was entangled by several Ghosts, struggling fiercely. "Get away from me!" His breathing grew ragged, but he refused to back down.
Merlin's magic seemed to have limited effect on the Ghosts, and he was anxious. "I must find a way to counter them!"
Just then, Hu Yulun realized the Ghosts' weakness seemed to be their core. "Attack their cores!" he shouted.
Hearing this, everyone focused their attacks on the Ghosts' cores.
Isabella flashed like a Ghost, accurately piercing a Ghost's core. "Success!" she shouted excitedly.
Aiden was not to be outdone, and with a swing of his Greatsword, he struck another Ghost's core. "Haha, let's see how much longer you can be arrogant!"
With their combined efforts, the number of Ghosts gradually decreased.
However, just as they thought victory was within reach, an even more powerful dark force surged from the depths of the Castle.
"This is..." Hu Yulun's expression was grave. "Everyone, be careful!"
A giant Dark Figure appeared before them, exuding a suffocating pressure.
"What exactly is this monster?" Aiden swallowed hard, his hand gripping the Greatsword trembling slightly.
A flicker of fear flashed in Isabella's eyes, but it was quickly replaced by determination. "No matter what it is, we have to defeat it!"
Hu Yulun took a deep breath. "All together!"
They charged at the Dark Figure, engaging in a final, desperate struggle.
Hu Yulun's sword clashed with the Dark Figure's power, sending sparks flying. He gritted his teeth, desperately resisting the overwhelming force. "I won't fall!"
Isabella watched for an opening nearby. "Now!" She seized her chance, stabbing her Shortsword towards the Dark Figure's weak point.
Aiden swung his Greatsword, continuously attacking the Dark Figure. "Die!"
Merlin put all his effort into casting spells, providing support for them.
The Dark Figure roared in fury, its attacks becoming increasingly violent.
Hu Yulun and the others gradually began to feel exhausted.
"Are we really going to fail?" Isabella felt a flicker of despair.
Hu Yulun shouted, "No, we can't give up! As long as we stick together, we can definitely defeat it!"
Their eyes reignited with fighting spirit, and they charged forward again.
Finally, with their persistent efforts, the Dark Figure gradually dissipated.
The Castle returned to peace.
"We did it..." Hu Yulun collapsed to the ground, gasping for breath.
Isabella also sat on the ground, exhausted, but with a relieved smile on her face. Aiden was so tired he lay directly on the ground, "That was a tough battle..."
Merlin smiled at them, "But we succeeded."
They rested for a while and began searching for where the sealed scroll was located.
Deep within the Castle, they finally found a mysterious Altar.
"This should be the place," Hu Yulun said.
Following the method they had obtained earlier, they placed the scroll on the Altar and began the sealing ritual.
As the ritual progressed, rays of light emanated from the scroll, gradually enveloping it.
"We did it!" they cheered.
From then on, the crisis on the continent was resolved, and their names became an eternal legend.
Hu Yulun and the others walked out of the Castle, the sunlight falling on their tired but gratified faces. Isabella stretched, yawning widely, "It's finally over. It felt like a long nightmare."
Hu Yulun looked into the distance, smiling. "But it was a nightmare worth enduring. We protected the continent."
Aiden waved his Greatsword excitedly. "Haha, we can finally live a peaceful life!"
Merlin gently stroked his Magic Staff, his eyes filled with emotion. "The hardships along the way finally have a perfect ending."
They began their journey back, and the scenery along the way seemed exceptionally beautiful. People, having heard of their heroic deeds, lined the streets to welcome them.
"Heroes, thank you!"
"You are the hope of the continent!"
Hu Yulun and the others kept waving to the people.
After returning to the town, they received a warm celebration. At the banquet, Hu Yulun raised his glass. "Throughout this journey, I thank everyone for their company and support."
Isabella laughed, "We're the best team!"
Aiden, flushed from drinking, said, "That's right! We'll stick together from now on!"
Merlin nodded with a smile, "Of course."
However, the peaceful days didn't last long. One day, Hu Yulun heard some strange rumors at the market.
"I heard that some mysterious phenomena have appeared again on the distant Border."
Hu Yulun's heart clenched. He returned home to discuss it with his companions.
"Could there be a new crisis?" Isabella asked worriedly.
Hu Yulun frowned, "No matter what, we'll go and take a look."
They set off again, arriving at the Border. Before them lay a desolate land, shrouded in eerie mist.
"Something feels off about this place," Aiden gripped his Greatsword tightly.
Hu Yulun cautiously moved forward, "Be careful."
Suddenly, a gust of wind howled past, seemingly carrying strange sounds within it.
"What's that sound?" Isabella nervously looked around.
Merlin closed his eyes, sensing the surroundings, "There seems to be some kind of magical fluctuation in this wind."
Hu Yulun stopped, "Everyone, be on your guard."
Just then, a group of creatures resembling Ghosts charged out of the mist.
"Prepare to fight!" Hu Yulun shouted, charging towards the creatures.
Isabella twirled her Shortsword, "Watch me!"
Aiden's Greatsword swept across the area, "Fall before me!"
Merlin continuously cast spells, providing support for his companions.
The battle was incredibly intense, with Hu Yulun and the others fighting with all their might.
One creature seized the opportunity to pounce on Isabella. Hu Yulun reacted swiftly, "Isabella, watch out!" He struck the creature back with a single sword blow.
Aiden was surrounded by several creatures, "Come at me, you lot!" he roared, fighting back with all his strength.
After a hard-fought battle, they finally drove the creatures back.
"What exactly is this?" Isabella asked, panting.
Hu Yulun looked at the corpse on the ground. "I don't know, but this is definitely not a good sign."
They continued their investigation, discovering that a huge conspiracy seemed to be hidden here.
"It seems our mission isn't over yet," Merlin said.
Hu Yulun clenched his fists. "Whatever it is, we're going to expose it!"
Their adventure continues…
Hu Yulun and the others continued their advance across this desolate land, each step filled with caution. Isabella's brows were furrowed, her beautiful face etched with worry. "I feel like there's a pair of eyes watching us from the shadows."
Hu Yulun gently patted her shoulder. "Don't worry, I'm here." His eyes were firm and calm, and the sword in his hand never loosened its grip.
Aiden said boisterously, "Hmph, whatever plot they have, we'll kill them all!" As he spoke, he swung his Greatsword forcefully, as if to vent all the unease in his heart.
Merlin silently observed their surroundings, his Magic Staff trembling slightly. "This evil aura is getting stronger."
They arrived at a dilapidated village, completely deserted, the houses in ruins.
"Where is everyone?" Isabella whispered, a trace of fear in her voice.
Hu Yulun entered a room, which was filled with dust and spiderwebs. "It looks like no one has lived here for a long time."
Suddenly, a gust of cold wind swept through, making the windows creak.
"Ah!" Isabella screamed in fright.
Hu Yulun quickly shielded her behind him, "Don't be afraid, it's probably just the wind."
Aiden looked around, "This place is too weird. We should leave quickly."
Just as they were about to leave, a sinister voice echoed in their ears, "You can't escape..."
"Who? Who's speaking?" Aiden shouted.
Hu Yulun cautiously looked around, "Come out! What kind of coward hides in the shadows!"
At this moment, a Shadow slowly descended from the roof, "You insignificant fools, daring to intrude here."
Hu Yulun stared at the Shadow, "Who are you? Why are you stopping us?"
The Shadow sneered, "You don't need to know, because you'll be dead soon." With that, the Shadow unleashed a powerful dark force, attacking them.
Hu Yulun and the others quickly resisted. Hu Yulun's sword collided with the dark force, producing a sharp sound, "Everyone, be careful!"
Isabella flashed, dodging the impact of the dark power. "Damn it!"
Aiden roared, swinging his Greatsword with force, "Let me chop you up!"
Merlin quickly cast a spell, trying to weaken the dark power. "Let light illuminate the darkness!"
After a fierce fight, the Dark Figure gradually fell into a disadvantage.
"Impossible! How can you be so strong!" The Dark Figure roared, unwilling.
Hu Yulun took the opportunity to attack, "Die!"
A sword pierced the Dark Figure's chest, and it screamed, turning into a puff of smoke and disappearing.
"Finally solved it." Hu Yulun breathed a sigh of relief.
However, before they could rest, more Dark Creatures appeared.
"This is never-ending!" Aiden panted.
Isabella's eyes showed determination. "No matter how many there are, we fight to the end!"
Hu Yulun shouted, "Charge!"
They plunged back into the battle, engaging in a desperate struggle with the Dark Creatures.
Hu Yulun's sword flashed in the darkness, each swing carrying a resolute determination to kill.
Isabella's movements were agile and graceful; her Shortsword was like a deadly viper in her hands.
Aiden's Greatsword was heavy and powerful, each strike forcing the Dark Creatures back several steps.
Merlin's magic light constantly shone, providing powerful support to his companions.
The battle lasted a long time, and their bodies were covered in wounds, but their fighting spirit never wavered.
Finally, the last Dark Creature was eliminated, and the surroundings returned to peace.
"We won..." Isabella sat on the ground, exhausted.
Hu Yulun also leaned against the wall, gasping for breath, "But this is just the beginning."
Aiden looked at the Greatsword in his hand, "As long as we're together, nothing can defeat us!"
Merlin smiled and nodded, "That's right, let's keep moving forward and uncover the truth of this conspiracy."
They dragged their weary bodies and continued on their unknown journey...
The setting sun cast long shadows over them. Hu Yulun's steps were a little heavy, but his gaze remained firm as he looked at the road ahead, thinking to himself, "No matter how many difficulties and dangers lie ahead, we must persevere."
Isabella gently wiped the blood from her face, her beautiful face showing a hint of weariness. "I don't know how much longer it will take to find the truth."
Aiden gritted his teeth, forcing himself to be energetic. "Don't be discouraged, sis, we can definitely do it!" He brandished his Greatsword, as if to encourage himself.
Merlin gasped for breath, adjusting his Magic Staff. "Everyone, stay alert, danger may be just around the corner."
They entered a dense forest, the trees tall and eerie, their branches and leaves intertwined, almost blocking out the sky.
"This forest gives off a weird vibe," Aiden muttered, cautiously looking around.
Hu Yulun carefully led the way, "Watch out for the vines underfoot."
Suddenly, a giant python sprang down from the tree, opening its blood-red mouth.
"Ah!" Isabella was frightened, her face paling.
Hu Yulun reacted quickly, slashing his sword at the python. "Don't be afraid!"
The python dodged nimbly, its tail sweeping towards them.
Aiden raised his Greatsword, blocking the python's attack. "Beast, let me deal with you!"
The python continued to attack, and Hu Yulun and the others fought back with all their might.
Isabella seized the opportunity, her Shortsword piercing the python's eye.
The python writhed in pain, and Hu Yulun seized the chance to thrust his sword through its vital spot.
The python crashed to the ground, and they breathed a sigh of relief.
"Keep going," Hu Yulun said.
\n\n
Leaving the forest, they came to a rushing river.
\n\n
"The current is so strong, how do we cross?" Isabella asked worriedly.
\n\n
Hu Yulun looked around. "Let's see if we can find something to help us cross."
\n\n
They found a fallen tree by the river. Hu Yulun tried to push it. "Everyone, help me push this tree into the river."
\n\n
Everyone worked together and pushed the tree into the river.
\n\n
Hu Yulun stepped onto the tree first. "Be careful, come one at a time."
\n\n
Isabella was a little scared, her steps trembling.
"Don't be afraid, grab my hand." Hu Yulun reached out and pulled Isabella.
Just as they were about to reach the other side, a huge wave suddenly crashed over them.
"Hold on tight!" Hu Yulun shouted.
They desperately clung to the large tree, struggling against the waves.
Finally, they successfully reached the other side.
"That was close!" Aiden sat down on the ground.
Merlin looked at his soaked clothes, "Hopefully, things will go more smoothly from here."
However, fate didn't seem to want to let them off the hook.
At the foot of a mountain peak, they encountered a blizzard.
The wind howled, and snowflakes filled the sky, making it hard for them to open their eyes.
"What should we do?" Isabella shivered from the cold.
Hu Yulun took off his cloak and put it on Isabella, "Let's find a place to hide."
They found a cave at the foot of the mountain and took shelter inside.
The cave was dark and damp. Hu Yulun started a fire.
Everyone sat around the fire, and their bodies gradually warmed up.
"We'll set off again when the blizzard stops," Hu Yulun said.
Isabella leaned against Hu Yulun, "I hope all this ends soon."
The blizzard lasted a long time and finally stopped.
They walked out of the cave and continued on their way.
After a long trek, they finally discovered a clue to the conspiracy.
"It seems we're getting closer to the truth," Hu Yulun said.
But they didn't know that a greater danger awaited them...
They followed the clues and arrived in front of a gloomy Ancient Castle. The Ancient Castle's gates were tightly shut, and a thick mist hung around it, sending shivers down their spines.
Hu Yulun looked up at the ancient and mysterious building, a sense of unease rising in his heart. "Everyone be careful, this Ancient Castle feels strange."
Isabella unconsciously grabbed the corner of Hu Yulun's clothes, her eyes filled with fear. "I feel like something bad is inside."
Aiden puffed out his chest and brandished his Greatsword. "Hmph, who cares? Let's go take a look!"
Merlin tightly gripped his Magic Staff, his face serious. "Caution is advised."
Hu Yulun took a deep breath and slowly pushed open the Ancient Castle's gate. The hinges emitted a "creak," as if narrating the vicissitudes of the Ancient Castle.
Entering the Ancient Castle, the hall was dark and damp, with the torches on the walls flickering weakly.
"This place is really creepy," Isabella whispered.
Suddenly, a cold gust of wind blew from behind them. Hu Yulun turned around sharply, but saw nothing.
"Who's there?" Aiden shouted.
They cautiously moved forward, their footsteps making a "creak creak" sound on the stone slabs.
At that moment, a huge shadow swept over them from above.
"Ah!" Isabella screamed in fright.
Hu Yulun raised his Greatsword. "Don't be afraid, it might be some kind of monster."
Before the words even faded, a winged Demon descended from the sky and landed in front of them.
The Demon opened its maw, spewing out a torrent of flames.
"Get out of the way!" Merlin shouted.
They scattered in all directions. Hu Yulun seized the opportunity during the Demon's attack and charged forward, slashing his Greatsword at its wings.
The Demon, in pain, furiously swung its claws.
Aiden took the chance to attack from behind, his Greatsword biting into the Demon's body.
The Demon turned to pounce on Aiden. Hu Yulun and Merlin immediately launched their own attacks, drawing the Demon's attention.
Isabella, meanwhile, was searching for the Demon's weakness.
"I found it! Its eyes are the weak point!" Isabella shouted.
Hu Yulun and Aiden, hearing this, attacked the Demon's eyes with all their might.
Under their combined assault, the Demon gradually couldn't hold on, and finally fell to the ground.
"Finally done," Hu Yulun said, panting heavily.
They continued to explore the Ancient Castle and came to a room.
"There might be something we want in here," Hu Yulun said.
When they pushed open the door, a pungent smell hit them. The room was filled with all sorts of strange experimental equipment, and the walls were covered with eerie paintings.
"What is this place?" Isabella covered her nose and mouth.
Just then, a mysterious voice echoed in the room, "You shouldn't be here..."
Hu Yulun looked around for the source of the voice, "Who are you? Come out!"
Suddenly, a shadow flashed before their eyes.
"After it!" Aiden shouted.
They chased the shadow through the Ancient Castle, passing through room after room and corridor after corridor.
The shadow finally stopped in front of a giant Dungeon entrance.
"Let's go in and take a look," Hu Yulun said.
The Dungeon was filled with a dark aura, and huge Stone Coffins were placed all around.
"What… what is this?" Isabella asked, her voice trembling.
Hu Yulun cautiously approached the Stone Coffin. "I don't know, but be careful."
Suddenly, the lid of the Stone Coffin slowly opened, revealing terrifying figures.
"Zombies!" Merlin shouted.
Hu Yulun and the others were instantly plunged into a fierce battle…
The Zombies slowly rose from the Stone Coffins, their bodies stiff, their faces contorted, and emitting a putrid stench. Hu Yulun's expression became serious. He gripped his sword tightly. "Everyone, be careful, don't let them grab you!"
A hint of fear flashed in Isabella's eyes, but she gritted her teeth and raised her short sword. "I won't back down!"
Aiden roared, swinging his Greatsword towards the horde of Zombies, "Come on, you ugly bastards!" Each of his attacks carried immense power, driving back the Zombies in front of him.
Merlin was in the back, constantly casting spells. Beams of light shot from his Magic Staff, hitting the Zombies.
Hu Yulun moved nimbly between the Zombies, his sword rising and falling, precisely striking their weak points. Beads of sweat covered his forehead. "Must hold on!"
A Zombie suddenly lunged at Isabella. She screamed, sidestepping the attack, then swiftly thrust out her short sword. "Die!"
Aiden's Greatsword was already stained red with blood. He was breathing heavily. "Damn, they're persistent!"
Merlin's magical power was heavily depleted, and his face turned pale, but he still persisted in releasing spells. "Can't fall!"
Just as they were gradually gaining the upper hand, a deep roar echoed from the depths of the Dungeon.
"Not good, there's an even stronger enemy!" Hu Yulun's heart clenched.
A massive Zombie King emerged from the darkness. Its body was several times larger than ordinary Zombies, exuding a terrifying aura.
"This… how do we fight this thing?" Isabella's voice was filled with despair.
Hu Yulun gritted his teeth, "Don't be afraid, let's go together!"
They charged towards the Zombie King.
Hu Yulun's sword struck the Zombie King, but only left a shallow mark. The Zombie King swung its arm, sending Hu Yulun flying.
"Hu Yulun!" Isabella exclaimed.
Hu Yulun crashed to the ground heavily, struggling to get up, "I'm fine, keep going!"
Aiden seized the opportunity and jumped up, his Greatsword slashing towards the Zombie King's legs, but he was kicked away by the Zombie King.
Merlin's magic didn't seem to have much effect on the Zombie King either.
"Are we going to fail?" Despair flashed in Aiden's eyes.
Hu Yulun looked at the Zombie King, and a thought suddenly flashed through his mind, "Attack its heart!"
They attacked again, concentrating their power on the Zombie King's heart.
Isabella nimbly dodged the Zombie King's attacks, seizing the opportunity to thrust her short sword.
Aiden rushed forward, regardless of everything, using his Greatsword to attract the Zombie King's attention.
Merlin cast his magic with all his might, creating opportunities for them.
Finally, Hu Yulun's sword pierced the Zombie King's heart.
The Zombie King let out a painful roar and fell to the ground.
"We did it!" Isabella exclaimed excitedly.
They slumped to the ground, exhausted, panting heavily.
"It's finally over..." Aiden said.
However, before they could catch their breath, the Dungeon began to shake violently, and cracks appeared in the surrounding walls.
"No, this place is going to collapse!" Merlin shouted.
Hu Yulun struggled to his feet. "Quick, let's get out of here!"
They helped each other, running towards the exit.
Stones kept falling, and dust filled the air.
"Hurry, faster!" Hu Yulun urged.
Just as they were about to reach the exit, a huge stone blocked their path.
"What do we do?" Isabella asked anxiously.
Aiden gritted his teeth, "I'll push it!"
He used all his strength to push the stone.
Hu Yulun and Merlin also helped.
Finally, the stone was pushed aside, and they escaped the Dungeon.
Outside the Ancient Castle, the sun was shining brightly.
"We survived..." Isabella gazed at the sky, tears glistening in her eyes.
Hu Yulun patted her shoulder, "Yes, we survived."
They rested for a while and continued to search for the truth behind the conspiracy...
