The cold stream water wrapped around Aurora's exhausted body as she slowly stepped deeper into it beneath the silver glow of the twin moons overhead. And a tired sigh escaped her lips almost instantly.
Today had been long. Very long.
And somehow, without even realizing it properly, ten entire days had already passed since she first woke up inside this primitive beast world.
And while it had been only ten days, yet it felt like months worth of changes had happened already.
Aurora leaned back slightly against one of the smooth rocks near the center of the stream while cool water drifted around her chest and thighs. The soft sounds of flowing water and rustling trees filled the peaceful night while moonlight reflected across the stream beautifully.
For several moments, she simply stayed silent and allowed herself to breathe. Then slowly, her thoughts drifted back toward the Tiger Tribe. Because honestly, the difference between now and ten days ago felt unbelievable sometimes.
