Taking care of Linia and Pursena isn't hard at all.
Both Shirou and Rudeus could easily beat both of these beast girls on their own.
So, that's not the problem.
The bigger issue is what to do with them after beating them, not how to beat them.
Shirou can't think of a way to punish Linia and Pursena that would make Rudeus feel better and get over Ed's trauma.
Just beating them probably won't cure Rudeus's Ed.
Shirou knows it's going to be incredibly hard, so he's putting that aside for now and focusing on the fight.
