Galahad had reached the limits of his patience. Sure, he could keep swinging his sword, and he still had plenty of divine power left, but he'd gotten sick of the cockatrices Thunder Lord kept throwing.

Galahad turned his body and tapped his chest. He'd already thrown off his coat far away, and all he wore was a white dress shirt and black pants soaked with water clinging to his legs. A sour smell somehow wafted from his body.
"Seems like you've gathered enough mana."
"Trying not to leave a single cockatrice behind."
Shax pointed to the giant water bomb gathered above her head.
"This thing explodes on the first one it hits. Blue guy's definitely gonna use cockatrices as shields."
"So we wait until all the cockatrices crawl out?"
"Nothing wrong with that. If you're okay with it."
