Orochimaru darted left and right, evading with inhuman agility.
The giant chakra hand chased relentlessly.

Orochimaru abruptly stopped—then swung his arm.
SHHHH!
A snake shot out from his sleeve and wrapped around the chakra hand.
SZZZZ!
The snake evaporated instantly from sheer chakra heat.
Orochimaru frowned and—
vomited out another him.
But this new Orochimaru had only a human upper body…
and a long, scaled serpent tail below.
Inside the Reaper's Stomach (place where souls are sealed after a user performs the Reaper Death Seal) — Dead Demon Consuming Seal
Kushina shrieked.
"That rotten snake actually turned into a REAL snake?!"
"Perfect!"
"Naruto! Listen to Mom—hit a snake on the seven inches!!!"
Minato sighed helplessly.
Orochimaru only resembled a snake…
Would hitting the seven inches actually work?
Minato honestly didn't know.
He'd never punched Orochimaru on the seven inches before.
Throughout the Ninja World
"Holy crap! Is Orochimaru a human or a snake?!"
"That's DEFINITELY a snake tail! I saw scales!!"
"Don't tell me… Orochimaru is actually Manda's son?? And he used jutsu to turn human??"
"It makes sense! His summoning beast is Manda after all!"
Crowds erupted into wild theories.
Meanwhile Orochimaru himself remained completely indifferent.
A swarm of insects.
Mediocre minds.
Unworthy of understanding him.
The scene continued.

Orochimaru slithered at insane speed.
BOOM!
He appeared before Naruto and threw a punch.
Naruto, body shredded from Nine-Tails power, couldn't move.
This was exactly why Orochimaru dared strike—
he knew Naruto couldn't dodge.
But then—
A surge of chakra burst from Naruto's head—
Forming a chakra head and chakra arm.
SLAM!!
The chakra fist smashed into Orochimaru's waist.
Orochimaru's body snapped in half.
His upper torso flew into the air.

Just seconds earlier:
Kushina: "That filthy snake dared to sneak attack!? Naruto! Hit his seven inches!!"
After seeing Orochimaru bisected:
Kushina: "Okay, maybe that wasn't the seven inches… but GOOD HIT!"
The Shinobi World Watching
"Did… did Orochimaru just die?!"
"He has to be dead! Or at least crippled!"
"Not necessarily. He can cough himself out of his own mouth and regenerate!"
"But THIS time his stomach is gone! There's nothing left to crawl out of!"
"…Fair point."
Konoha — Chūnin Exam Arena
Kiba: "Naruto! NICE!!"
Chōji: "Naruto may look scary right now… but that punch was AWESOME!"
Shikamaru quietly observed.
"It's too early to celebrate…"
Hinata: "N-Naruto-kun… please finish quickly… and transform back…!"
She didn't mind Naruto looking ugly—
but right now was a bit… intense.
Sakura murmured guiltily:
"Naruto… I'm sorry… I held you back… ah!"
She flinched—Naruto's chakra form had suddenly appeared in front of her.
"Neh, Sakura—can you start liking me now?"
Sakura's face darkened.
"GET LOST."
Sasuke glared.
"Naruto… why would you go that far?"
Naruto smiled.
"Sasuke~! Even if that's my future self—if it's to save you, I'll go however far I need!"
Sasuke's face twitched.
"Naruto… you annoying idiot. How many times must I say it? I don't need saving!"
Pure Land
Hashirama:Madara! Did you see that?! Did you see?! This boy is Konoha's hope!
Madara:Hashirama!! Calm down!
Hashirama:His potential is enormous! That's why he IS Konoha's future!
Tobirama:
"Nii-san is right. Naruto is extremely moldable!
If he learns all my forbidden jutsu, that little Uchiha boy could never beat him."
Izuna:
"If Sasuke fully masters the Sharingan, the Nine-Tails would be nothing before him."
Madara:
"Hashirama! Don't tell me your little brother doesn't even know Sharingan can control tailed beasts?!"
Tobirama:
"Of course I know! I'm saying Naruto won't NEED the Nine-Tails. If he learns my forbidden jutsu, he can blast your Uchiha brat away easily!"
On the road back to Konoha
Jiraiya sighed heavily.
"Orochimaru… sigh."
He quickened his steps, hurrying home.
Near a casino inn
Shizune: "Lady Tsunade… did Orochimaru just get killed?"
Tsunade shook her head.
"Orochimaru won't die that easily. And don't forget the previous vision—Sasuke supposedly kills him eventually."
Tsunade's expression complicated.
Would Orochimaru really die by Sasuke's hand…?
Truthfully, she didn't want Orochimaru to die.
They were the Legendary Sannin after all.
